Marriott's Beachplace Towers - Luxury 2BR Beachfront Fully equipped Kitchen

Marriott resort directly on one of Fort Lauderdale's most popular beaches. Close to restaurants and attractions. This is a large two bedroom and two bath villa with fully equipped kitchen , living room with pull-out sofa and a private balcony. Convenient amenities in the villa include a washer/dryer, three flat screen tv's, DVD player, free wifi. Everything is built to a high standard and updated / refurbished on a regular schedule.

Parking next door is $40 subject to increase by the resort. Vacation Club properties do not provide maid service during your stay. You may request clean sheets and towels to change yourself.

The villas will face either the Atlantic Ocean or the Intracoastal. The actual view and floor are assigned by the resort when you check in. This is not a fixed apartment location

The resort has lots of family activities and is just 3 blocks from Los Olas Blvd. and convenient to the Bahia Mar Yachting Center Marina.

Beach Place Towers

Rooms and location were amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better place. The only negative about the property is initially locating the lobby to check in. It was very confusing for EVERYONE that I spoke to. Better signage or initial online instructions are a must. Other than that couldn’t ask for more. Will definitely stay here again.

Relax with friends

Using VRBO to plan a getaway with friends was a great choice. The owner called to confirm the reservation and was very accommodating. All the staff were pleasant and very helpful. We could do as much or as little as we wanted of all the available resort activities. The resort is within walking distance of several great restaurants. Have stayed three times now with the same group of high school friends. We are now in our 70's and this is the perfect vacation spot for us. Over 13 years we have visited, the property has been continually very well maintained, updated and clean. Makes for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. The pool area with bar/restaurant is super. The beach is only steps away and towels and chairs are provided. Would book every year if we could. Great place!

Fantastic Florida Getaway

Family came to Fort Lauderdale for spring break. Resort was fantastic, room was clean and comfortable, and the pool and beach were just what we needed after a long New England winter.
