About this property

Great Family Vacation Rental.

Family friendly vacation rental just outside of Key West with everything you need to enjoy a great getaway just 10 minutes away from downtown. Gated townhouse in Coral Hammock with full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, two covered porches and plenty of parking.
There is a dining table for 6, and a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa included. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. In the master there is a king size bed, in the guest room there are queen and a twin size bed. There is also a shared pool, club house, and a gym.

Baby/Toddler items available upon request. Portable crib, high chair, etc.

Kitchen comes fully stocked with all major and small appliances and a grill to give you the same conveniences as your home.

All located in a great neighborhood with a bakery, an italian restaurant(Roostica), deli, fresh seafood(Hogfish Bar and Grill), and a CVS convenience store within walking distance.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Very clean, plenty of space, our entire party was comfortable. Only downside is the water didn’t get very hot and there were a ton of ants throughout the kitchen and we had to keep all of our snacks and drinks in the fridge since they ants were everywhere. Besides that, it was a great property.

Check in process was very smooth. The apartment was very specious and clean, 2.5 bathrooms, and 2 beds in the kids bedroom was awesome! Good location. Overall, great stay and would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful Coral Hamock

My husband and I stayed here for 10 days. It was a very nice,beachy feeling the minute we walked in. The walls were freshly painted aqua blue that gave you a relaxed feeling. It is close to everything you would want to do in Key West. We had an amazing time. I would highly recommend this rental and hope to return in 2026.

The townhome was nice and is located in a quaint community. The pool area was beautiful. We found that we needed to Uber into Key West since parking is very limited and we were told the bus service is often not on time.

Sadly the property needed some TLC. Flooring planks upstairs were separated in many places. Panels on whirlpool tub did not fit together and tile work was messy in big bathroom. Three broken chairs on upstairs porch. Unit smelled musty and probably needs a dehumidifier in this climate. Personally, I would not have rented unit if I knew the upstairs was so sloppy.

Perfect Location AND Clean!!

This home was spotless and beautiful! The linens were all clean and smelled fresh, the house was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were all very comfortable. We were pleased that each room had a full bathroom and tvs with streaming services. The only negatives (and I hate to call it that) were that we didnt realize the fridge temp was turned up so we had food in there for hours while it was at 50 degrees instead of 36. It quickly cooled once we realized and changed the temps. The tv remote in the living room had dead batteries, and the hand soaps were watered down and smelled like axe mens soap. None of these things were deal breakers. We loved the location! It was a short drive to Key West and only about 25 minutes from Bahia Honda State Park! Those were the only 2 must-dos of the trip. We loved this home and would definitely recommend!

Needs some love put into it!

For the price paid, we were not satisfied with our stay. This place should give free chiropractor appointments following the stay due to the beds. There were many cosmetic issues and the place was not clean. The bottom of our feet were black from walking barefoot in the condo. The master jacuzzi tub looked like an afterthought. We felt as though we were going to fall every time we had to climb over the edge to exit the shower. The owner was also very inconsiderate with stocking basic necessities like trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher pods. For a family of 7, eating most meals at home, two trash bags over the course of 6 days was not enough. One of the two bags left looked used. The dishwasher pods looked old and crusty, and so we did not use. If I had known, I could have packed extras from home, but I wasn’t willing to replenish the owners stock by purchasing packages that would not be used up during our stay. The place also lacked blankets. The two kids sleeping on the sofas used sheets as a blanket. We love the location and the pool area, but the condo itself needs some love put into it.
