Opening in 2019! House with backyard, classified 3 * by Gîtes de France. On the ground floor, a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen giving direct access to the completely enclosed backyard terrace, exposed to partial shade. Sun. A large living / dining room completes this level.
Upstairs a large attic bedroom with a double bed of 160 and two single beds of 90, a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Near the village center in a quiet dead end, 5 minutes walk from the lake and the leisure center. Shops (mini-market, bakery, butcher) within 50 meters. Many restaurants and shops in the village.
It is semi-detached with the other house offered by the same owner (ad N ° 1140964), which allows, depending on the availability of both rentals, to stay with several families in very close accommodation one of the other.
