The apartment Erica is located on the first floor of a charming house, just next to the other apartment Fucsia. It has a private access. The house is a country- style house on two floors.

The apartment Erica can welcome 4 persons. It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. A living/dining room with TV, a safe, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, two terraces with beautiful sea view and table with chairs.
Bed linen and home towels are provided.

The villa is located on the seafront, overlooking the water, on a blind alley from which one has direct access to the sea. The position of the house is conveniently close to the beach for a family with children or a couple: approximately 100 meters along a short path with few steps. The distance from the sea through the air is only 50 meters.
Arenal d'en Castell is one of the most beautiful beaches of th eisland: it is a sheltered bay, in which the sea water is prticularly clean and cristalline. The beach is wide and the sand is very fine, you can rent umbrellas, sunbeds, pedal boats and kayaks. Very close there are several restaurants, bars, small supermarkets, shopping, children playgrounds, car rentals and a pharmacy.
A marina is 4 km away, and a fishing village 2 km away. The airport is 25 minutes by car.
