“Sandpiper Home”- Simply the best location in Virginia Beach! This modern, new construction home is 2 BLOCKS FROM THE BEACH & 1 block from the new ATLANTIC WAVE PARK & THE DOME music venue. Located in the heart of dining, shopping, and entertainment, it’s where all the action is! The home features updated furniture & an open floor plan ideal for family entertaining. Centrally located to RESORT AREA, ViBe Creative District, & the CONVENTION CENTER, this home offers convenience, comfort, and excitement all in one!

This home is a three-story townhome with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Located on a half street, so traffic is lighter and the area is quieter. 2 blocks from the beach and in the middle of the ViBe Arts, technology & cultural district. All new appliances and furniture. Granite countertops and hardwood floors in the main living area, and new carpet in the bedrooms. Large windows let in tons of light. There is a garage that fits one car, and space for two cars in the driveway.

The first floor contains one full bath and bedroom #1 with one queen bed.

The main living quarters are on the second floor, with the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and a half bath. There are two decks; one large deck off of the living room that can be used for eating outside, and a smaller deck off of the kitchen.

The third floor contains two more bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and a twin daybed with twin trundle.

Some details to note:
GUEST ACCESS:
-- Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check out at 10:00 am. We love to host, so we have a high turnover rate, and our cleaners strictly adhere to this schedule to accommodate.
-- A door code will be sent to you a week before your arrival.

AMENITIES:
We provide fresh linens, towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. *THINK OF THESE ITEMS AS “STARTER KITS” - Highly recommend you bring additional items such as coffee/cooking spray/water bottles etc*. Roku TVs are located in most bedrooms. Portable pack and play available upon request.

PARKING:
There is some private parking, and a detailed map will be sent upon booking. Additional details regarding public parking options will also be provided.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:
We ask that you leave everything in the home as you found it, strip the linens from the beds, run the dishwasher, and take trash to the bins on the street. This will ensure the quality of the home for the next guest and expedite the cleaning.

REFUNDS:
Highly recommend trip insurance. We do not give refunds due to the weather.

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach. The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed, including beach gear and a well-equipped kitchen. It felt safe and welcoming for our whole family. Great location and wonderful property.

Perfect for families, even a larger one like ours (4 young children). Cozy and great location, convenient parking, walking distance to many things you'd do at the beach, and very helpful and nice property managers to work with. Highly recommend and we will visit again when we head to VA Beach in the future!

Clean, comfortable and convenient

After a few year hiatus from visiting VA Beach for the NCHS Wrestling Duals...We were very happy with this stay. The home was clean and a very convient location to the beach and convention center. This location is fairly quiet and family friendly compared to areas that we have stayed previously. We Enjoyed our Stay and would definitely look to book with these hosts again in the future.

Overall, excellent accommodations. About a 2 block walk to beach. Beach cart that was provided was excellent. No complaints that homeowners would have to act upon, but the trash and recycling bins were full at arrival, garbage was emptied, but recycling bin was full the whole week leaving no room for additional materials.

We enjoyed our stay at this beach house. It was clean, well stocked, and decorated beautifully. Owners did a great job of communicating expectations, check in/out process, and responded quickly to any questions we had. :)

Very Nice Location

We came in town for a funeral and wanted to be in a happier vibe so we chose a location by the beach the location is close to everything just a short walk to the beach. The house was very nice. The only problem is they need additional wash clothes in case the guest needs another one. They didn’t have an iron but they brought us one in enough time to iron our clothes and make it to the funeral on time. Only 5 adults stayed in the house ages 53 to 58 and we had enough space. I would stay here again.

German Cousins Beach Trip

Very nice house, very clean, perfect location, highly recommendable! On the top bunkbed the screws were stripped, so we were worried about someone sleeping up there, but there was enough space to take the mattress down. The kitchen sink did not drain well on one side, but those things happen; it is a beautiful place for a wonderful time!

No Regrets

Loved this home. Everything was a walk away. Great location and neighborhood. Loved the walk to the strip and beach. Everyone had plenty of space and everything was clean. They even had a cooler, beach chairs and beach toys for my son. Of course beach towels. I am expecting to become a regular when planning my trips to VA. I honestly do not think that anyone would regret booking this home. The host are professional and nice.

Accommodations nice

The location was good, the house was nice and up to date.The only caveat is this is not a house for folks who can't do stairs. The house is 3 levels and the stairs are steep. It is close enough to the beach to walk to but a little far if you are carrying a lot of stuff. We dropped our stuff off in the truck and one person drove back to the house then walked back to the beach. Worked out well

Family Vacation 2023

We brought our family back to Virginia Beach after moving away 23 years ago. It was fun showing our daughter-in-law and grandchildren where our kids grew up. Our house was minutes away from the beach, boardwalk and all the stores and restaurants you may be looking for. The house was large enough for 9 of us to stay comfortably with everything provided to make your stay fun and relaxing. We all enjoyed our time and would have liked to stay longer. We look forward to doing it again!!
