The Space:

Welcome to The Glass House, a boutique mountain wellness sanctuary offering a rare blend of luxury, tranquility, and thoughtful design. The home’s rustic-modern architecture shines with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame serene forest views. The spacious, light-filled living area features a cozy gas fireplace, a 65-inch smart TV, and a Sonos sound system. The fully equipped chef's kitchen includes concrete countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a generous breakfast bar.

WINTER, ELEVATED



Winter is when The Glass House does its best work. Ski Northstar, Palisades Tahoe or Sugar Bowl by day, then come home to a steaming saltwater hot tub and a cedar barrel sauna on a snow-covered deck. Want a cold plunge between sauna rounds? In winter, the snow is right there. Inside, the gas fireplace is lit, the floor-to-ceiling windows are full of snowy pines, and the game room is ready with an 8-foot pool table, darts, Golden Tee, NBA Jam and Marvel Pinball.



New this winter: a boot and gear drying station and eight Gravity Grabber wall racks in the garage game room, so skis, boards, boots and gloves hang up right beside the pool table and the gym and are dry by morning. No wet gear piled in the entryway.



Out back, the fenced half-acre becomes your own winter playground: a natural sled hill with a couple of sleds at the house, and enough open yard for snowmen, snow forts and a proper snowball fight.



Storm days are the secret. When a big system is in the forecast, stock up on groceries on the way in (there's plenty of fridge, freezer and pantry space), then let it snow. Powder laps in the morning if the roads allow, hot tub at dusk, pool table and fireplace at night. Lean into it and slow down. We build the winter wonderland; you get to live in it.

*Outdoor Fun: Enjoy a private two-hole putting green, corn hole, bocce ball, bucket golf, and a gas fire pit. A year-round Weber propane grill is perfect for alfresco dining on the front deck at our farm table with umbrella (seasonal outdoor farm style table on front deck umbrella).

*For the Family:We provide a Nintendo Switch, a full beach kit with two inflatable SUPs and chairs, and a Yeti cooler. For those with little ones, a Pack 'n Play, high chair, and baby monitor are also available.

* Fitness:The gym includes a treadmill, skier, rower, and free weights.

* Linens: All Beds made hotel style with top of the line 800 Thread Count Cotton sheets. Hotel Grand Down Comforters. Pillows FluffCo Zen Down Firm and Soft Pillows. Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 4-bedroom home, the fully landscaped half-acre grounds, and all amenities listed.

*Private Entrance: Self check-in with a digital deadbolt smart lock. All exterior doors have a smart lock

*Parking: The spacious driveway accommodates 3-4 cars, SUVs, or trucks. Please note the garage has been fully converted into the game room/gym and is not available for vehicle parking.

*Boat/Trailer Parking:Space for a boat or watercraft is available during summer months on the flat gravel area at the base of the property must be notified at time of booking about brining a boat.

*Connectivity:Enjoy blazing-fast high-speed internet (514 MBPS Wifi), perfect for remote work and streaming.

*The entire house with all 4 bedrooms, living areas, converted garage, laundry room with folding station, and kitchen.

*The large, sun-filled front deck featuring the saltwater hot tub, cold plunge, and barrel sauna.

*Pet Friendly: Two pets max with an additional fee per pet. Please be sure to add your pets to the reservation at the time of booking. Pets that are not included in the reservation cannot be accommodated.

*Seasonal Amenities: The outdoor 8-person farm table is available for use during the summer months as well as the cold plunge, putting green gets winterized along with outdoor games for winter.

*Security: For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are located on the property, monitoring the perimeter front and back door ring devices.

WINTER: KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK



• Vehicle: Bring a 4WD or AWD vehicle with snow-rated tires and carry chains. We do not recommend 2WD cars in winter, especially in a big snow year. Chain controls on I-80 and Highway 89 are routine during storms.



• Snow removal: The driveway is plowed once every 24 hours whenever 4 inches or more falls. Between plows, be prepared to shovel. Our team helps clear paths and decks as much as we can during your stay, and the house is stocked with shovels, snow brooms, ice scrapers and ice melt for digging out vehicles and clearing the berm the town plow leaves at the end of the driveway.



• Sledding: A couple of sleds are provided for the backyard hill. Sled at your own risk, and please keep an eye on the kids.



• Storm prep: If a big storm is forecast, buy groceries before you arrive. Roads can close or go to chain control, and the best storm plan is to be stocked, warm and enjoying the house.



• Summer-only amenities: The ice-barrel cold plunge and the deck farm table with umbrella are put away for winter. The hot tub, sauna and grill run all winter long.
