The decor was amazing. The linens on the bed were perfect and getting in touch with Prodie was very easy. The only problem was we tried to get in a few minutes early and then when we went back after the 4 PM check-in time it didn’t work at first, maybe because we had tried to get in a few times at the wrong time but Prodie got back to us right away to let us know.

Thank you for your feedback! VRBO handles automated check-in email delivery directly, which can occasionally filter into a spam or promotions folder depending on email settings. I understand that was a point of frustration for you as you wanted to print it. We always prioritize prompt communication: when you called regarding the TV, our team answered and followed up via text with clear instructions on how to work the remote, though we did not hear back. We understand modern technology can be challenging at times. We are always happy to walk guests through tech setup or assist on-site whenever needed, and we appreciate you staying with us!
