Beautiful farmhouse, independent, quiet, close (<5kms) to the beaches of St Cast and all amenities. Come discover the 7 beaches of St Cast which are among the most beautiful of the Emerald Coast, or enjoy the calm and charm of the Bay of Fresnaye (Port St Jean) less than 2 kilometers from the house. This site is unique whatever the tide time. Discover on foot, the mill of the sea, St Germain of the Sea or the Great Beach of St Cast, if you prefer the games or the fine sand.
Cape Fréhel, Fort La Latte, St Malo the corsair city of the famous Surcouf then Dinan, the beautiful medieval city of Bertrand du Guesclin, constable and hero of the Hundred Years War, are nearby. All year round, you can enjoy superb shows such as the tour of the ramparts in St Malo, the museum of cap-horniers in St Servan with its Solidor tower, the tomb of Chateaubriand, native son of the country. But also, stroll in Dinan, unique medieval city with the castle of the Duchess Anne and restore you on the banks of the Rance at the bottom of the city. Further but less than half an hour away by car, leave the day for a breakaway in Jersey or Guernsey with the stars of St Malo. Discover the Channel Islands, visit the house of Victor Hugo in Guernsey. In less than an hour, go to visit the Mt St Michel, unique in the world and restores on the way back to Cancale around a plate of oysters ...

This is a beautiful old house charmingly furnished and well equipped. Lots of space indoors and out. In 8 minite driving distance to some fabulous beaches.

Family holiday

Charming old renovated house near Matignon and St Cast de Guildo.Excellent position for beaches, sightseeing,running, cycling.Supermarket near.Garden,gravelled area for barbecues, off road parking. Our family, 8 adults 5 children spent a lovely week here.

Grande maison au calme

Réunion de famille avec frères et sœurs, propriété fermée, grande cour et espace vert, vastes pièces avec le charme d'une ancienne maison, baie de la Fresnaye à 2kms, avec grande étendue de sable à marée basse, beaucoup plus calme que les plages de St Cast, Cap d'Erquy à proximité avec cote largement aussi intéressante que le cap Fréhel, lac bleu, carrière de grés rose, parking gratuitAvec le soleil en plus, tout était parfait y compris l'accueil

Une maison familiale idéalement située

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique dans cette grande maison! Certes quelques petits aménagements seraient nécessaires mais c’est le charme des maisons de famille. La cuisine est bien équipée nous avons pu cuisiner pour 14 sans aucun problème. Situation idéale proche de la mer et des commerces tout en étant au calme. Un immense merci à Nathalie qui a géré notre arrivée avec une grande gentillesse. Merci pour ce séjour.

Tarif haut de gamme mais équipements insuffisants voire dangereux

seuls la localisation, les espaces et la literie sont positifs dans cette maison, pas de salon de jardin, 2 malheureux transats bas de gamme et un 3ème cassé, deux tringles à rideaux tombent toutes seules, trappe ouverte la cheminée enfume toute la maison...globalement déçus de cette location.

Bien noté pour le transat cassé qui n'avait pas été décelé. Il sera remplacé et les tringles refixées. Depuis 6 ans en location, la cheminée du salon fonctionne parfaitement pour les gens qui savent démarrer un feu soit lorsque les conditions atmosphériques sont adéquates, et ce depuis plusieurs générations.

Maison authentique

Maison authentique, grandes pièces, très calme aux alentours et agréable à vivre. Sécurisée pour les enfants, car partie fermée avec pelouse pour jouer. Un peu ancien sur certains équipements (vaisselles, salle de bain…).
