Perfect trip

Convenient location

Beautiful property with easy access to the beach and Legoland. Loved using the fire pit in the evenings. Great to have beach chairs, umbrellas and toys to use!

We just love this house! Steps from the beach, a nice walk to the village and an amazing patio for evenings together by a fire. Just so relaxing and very clean! Love it! Have stayed for the past several years and will stay again soon!

Third year in a row!

We just love this place. So clean and spacious. Perfect for our family. The patio with the fire pit is so amazing and where we gathered for meals and late night talks and morning coffee. All while enjoying the beautiful weather. Will stay again for sure!!

This is a great location and the place is perfect. Clean and the fire pit was a great touch. The two refrigerators are great, but bring your own ice. Close to the beach and my grandsons took surf lessons, walking distance away. It was nice that there was a great grill. The TV in the living area was an issue. After a day at the beach, it would have been nice to settle in and watch a movie together at the end of the day. The living area is very comfortable for lounging and watching TV. If I had known, I could have brought my Roku with me. The other TVs in the bedrooms were able to connect to Netflix and Prime, but not the main TV. It’s a nice TV in the living area, but at the end of the day ESPN wasn’t cutting it. I would recommend adding Roku. I would also recommend putting some towel bars in the bathrooms. I had to use the laundry dryers to dry our bath towels. The laundry was a very nice touch. We were there on Sunday night and so we were required to take out the four trash barrels for the three units. I don’t know what the owner can do about that…but at the price I didn’t expect that. Suggest they have the trash containers professionally cleaned regularly. They were gross. In light of all of this, I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Soccer Moms get away!

We were in town while our girls played in a soccer tourney and this was the best place to stay! Beautiful view of the water, super quick walk to the beach (under 1 min), and a 10-15 min walk into town makes it a great location. We had friends over one night to enjoy the patio and fire which was enjoyed by all. Stay here! You won’t regret it!

Perfect all around

My family loved this place. The condo has everything you need and all the rooms were perfectly equipped. But the highlight is the patio. We spent the entire time out there. The sand was the favorite of our kids. The expansive patio doors made it even better. The condo has all you need for the beach too. It’s a very short walk to Tamarack but you do have to go down some stairs. Or you could walk another 5 minutes to the ramp area to the south. Also, downtown Carlsbad is only a 15 min or so. In summary, don’t hesitate to book this place if you seek a restful vacation with family or friends right near the beach.

Place as described. Clean with everything needed for a great time at the beach. Need to be aware that there are a lot of steps down to the sand if that might be a problem for anyone in your group.
