In the amazing Gated Community of Gold Coast you will find Casa de Pauline: 2 story townhouse, offering a 2 bedroom and 3 bathroom home. This attractive townhouse consist of two floors which the lower level includes a beautiful and comfortable living room followed by a hall reaching the dining area with an open space concept kitchen with its own breakfast bar with modern design cabinets and counter tops. The kitchen includes a dish washer, stainless steel stove, stainless steel refrigerator as well a stainless steel over-the-range microwave. Right next to the kitchen is the lower level bathroom. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms which consist of a Master bedroom with its own en suite bathroom with built in closet and a balcony. The second bedroom has it’s own private bathroom and closet space as well. Each bedroom has access to a balcony allowing a nice sunshine and breeze in. Additionally, Gold Coast offers 24/7 security, clubhouse access, fine dining restaurant, 3 community pools, tennis courts, gym and much more. Located in one of the most attractive areas of Aruba; close to the most beautiful beaches, shopping, dining and entertainment areas.

Casa de Pauline is a great place for families! There is enough space to spread out and relax, and the community amenities are great. The location is also awesome, easy to get to the best beaches and downtown/to the hotel area. We loved it and highly recommend it! Pauline is also a wonderful, kind host - quick to respond to questions and wants to ensure you have a great time! 10/10 recommend!

Casa Pauline is A across the board! We were vacationing in Aruba for the first time, and opted to split our lodging into two select experiences/locations… The first being an adults only/modern hotel, and the second half at Pauline‘s place… From the moment we stepped into her casa, we wished we had spent the entire time there! Not only is the townhouse wonderful, but the location is extremely comfortable, welcoming, accessible, and downright chill. Pauline was nothing short of a pleasure via her communication, warmth and expediency. We actually feel like family now! What a great find… We plan to make it our annual destination!

Aruba paradise

Pauline's vacation home was beautiful and very comfortable to stay. There was nothing missing from her home that we needed. We felt right at home. So much better than staying at a hotel even the upscale places.

We found the property and the staff of the complex very friendly and helpful. The location worked perfectly for us. We enjoyed walking to the nearby beaches. Great kitchen and all the appliances we needed to cook some great meals at home. Simply great!

A Gem in the Gold Coast

We enjoyed a 4-night stay at Pauline’s in January 2020. It’s in a beautiful gated community, well-located, and quiet. It’s a short drive to locals’ favorite Arashi Beach and Has easy access to the rest of the island. The MBR bed is comfortable with nice linens and plush towels. The listing is accurate and Pauline is friendly and attentive. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Everything In Paradise

Pauline's place had EVERYTHING you could possibly need for a stay in beautiful ARUBA. We traveled the island from end to end... and all the supplies we needed for travel, the beach and resting/refreshing were at our finger tips.... This easily was in the top 3 of all vacation home rentals I have ever done! Do not hesitate in booking..!

Unforgettable Aruba Vacation

Enjoyed every bit of our week-long Christmas vacation in Aruba starting with check-in to this beautiful property in Gold Coast. Its truly a home away from home and definitely our best vacation rental experience. The house has everything you could need. Great location, amazing host!

Our booking and check in and out procedures were very easy. Pauline is always available for any questions or help you require. The house is located in a very quiet area of the Gold Coast, close to all 3 pools. The staff here at Gold Coast are amazing and helpful. The house was perfect for us, lots of room, clean, excellent BBQ. We prefer to be at this end of the island as it is quieter, yet everything is so close, for shopping or dining out. Would highly recommend. We had an excellent stay, Thank you Pauline!

Perfect holiday stay

Our family of four (2 kids - 13 and 10 yo) had a fabulous week stay over Christmas in Pauline's home! Checking in was incredibly easy. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was so nice to have chairs and beach towels ready for us to use. We enjoyed daily (morning and night) swims in all 3 pools. The other residents/visitors that we met were all so lovely and from all over the world. We were close to beaches, the grocery store, and really just everything that we needed. Thank you Pauline and LaToya for making our Christmas so special!

Aruba, Gold Coast condo

The condo was extremely well stocked and comfortable. We ate many meals in, the BBQ, air fryer, slow cooker, spices and condiments made this much easier. Also appreciated the beach chairs, cooler bag and reusable grocery bags. And shaded patio. The community is very nice, 3 pools, gym, restaurant and tennis courts. A car is necessary. Spent many hours swimming at Arashi Beach and enjoying the sunsets. Thank you Pauline!

Excellent vacation at Gold Coast Villas

Pauline's condo is amazing. It has everything anyone could need for a wonderful vacation. The beach umbrella and chairs were a godsend. The use of her vehicle (cheaper then renting elsewhere) made visiting the island so easy. Location is amazing - 1 minute from the most beautiful sunsets, less than 10 minutes to Eagle Beach and the supermarket. Quiet, beautiful gated community - where we also enjoyed all 3 pools. I would not hesitate to recommend Pauline's condo - it's top notch. Can't wait to go back. Diane & Rheal

Our New Happy Place!

This was our first time in Aruba and we loved it! Pauline’s place was perfect for myself and the three of my friends. The condo was in pristine condition, comfortable and had all of the amenities that we needed. Pauline was a great hostess who called beforehand to give us the details on the area with all of the great food spots and attractions. She also answered all of our questions about the beaches and car rental places. When we arrived Pauline also called to make sure we had arrived safely and asked if there was anything that we needed. We were impressed with her hospitality. We will certainly be back!

Wonderpul Tidy Property

Pauline met us on arrival and got us settled. Her place was spotlessly clean and well stocked. The BBQ was of high quality and put to good use. Beds werevcomfortable and A/C worked well.

Casa de Paulina is Awesome

I stayed in Paulinas Beautiful home in Gold Coast. It was so clean and everything is new the beds are very comfortable and there are new towels and plenty of cookware in the kitchen.
