the house is an authentic ancient dammuso reported also on the island history book. More than one meter thick walls make this dammuso cool also in the hot dry summers, so no need of air conditioning. The property is composed of 2 dammusos, the bigger one is fitted with 2 queen size beds and the smaller one with king sizebed. The main dammuso has also an outside patio and a beautiful bathroom with a stunning view. the masterpiece of the property is the terrace overlooking the ocean and the backyard vineyard .Having the chance to chill here is a unique experience, surrounded by grapes, the view of the ocean, the mountain behind you, a truly experience of a lifetime.
The terrace, almost 120sqm is really the place where you spend most of the day relaxing, cooking on the bbq, watching the turquise ocean just a few meters below you from the comforts of the hammocks and sofas. The solarium above the dammuso is the perfect spot to sunbathe in total peace and privacy.

i live and work in Italy most of the year but as soon as we can, me my husband and our 3 beautiful kids can't wait to fly to this magical and breathtaking island!

Why they chose this property

because Martingana and this property is inside the protected natural reserve of Pantelleria, so no development is and will be alloud here or any sorts of new constructions. Our dammuso is one of the ancient properties mentioned in the books of the island.

What makes this property unique

what actually made me fall in love with this property is the location, the outside space , the amazing turquoise cove just below the terrace.Always calm waters. And the fact that all electronic devices on this part of the Island don't work.Time here is only to be shared with your family or friends and nature . if you need to get in contact with the outside world you just need to walk up to the main road and there you will find again the phone signal.Need wi fi, a 5 minutes drive and you have the bar and wi-fi spots.
