3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom, Lake side Cottage community, minutes away from a sandy beach of lake Osoyoos.
The Cottages on Osoyoos lake is the ultimate year-round desert destination with a climate that gets one excited to swim, boat, fish, sail, wake board, kayak, hang out late on the beach or explore the environment at and around the Cottages at Lake Osoyoos. Within the vicinity is year-round golfing, hiking trails, wine tasting at award winning wineries and a diverse choice of fine dining.
Cottage is close to Mount Baldy, if you're a skier & Area 27 Motorsports Park that offers go cart thrills for the whole family.

The main floor at the cottage has high ceilings with an open and comfortable Great room that is spacious to relax, play games, hang out and watch movies with Netflix, etc. The kitchen & dining area is an open concept and a perfect spot to start the day or enjoy a family meal. The screened-in patio creates a great space to enjoy meals, play cards or relax with friends and family. The out door patio has a Picnic table and a BBQ. The cottage is equipped with an Eco-friendly geothermal system to cool or heat the cottage.
The master bedroom located on the main floor has an en-suite with a Queen bed. The washer and dryer with laundry supplies is also located on the main floor.
Second floor has 2 bedrooms, one has Queen sized bed and the other has two queen size beds.
The cottage is located on the northeast of the community and is 2 minute walking distance to the clubhouse, the clubhouse is a 2 minute walking distance to the beach. As a guest you will also have access to the clubhouse which includes amenities such as two seasonal outdoor pools, year round hot tubs, a fitness studio and more.
The Cottage is available during Fall, Winter & Spring for monthly or longer-term rental, rate quoted for 30 plus nights will have a one time caretaker fee and NO GST & PST .

Long term Winter rental is welcomed.

Super clean and all the amenities!

Wonderful clean home with all the amenities you could need. If you cook for yourself Russel has a well equipped kitchen. Great BBQ, air conditioning, comfy beds. Property is in the cottages, with access to a big pool, and the beach.

Beautiful Stay

Wonderful property with great amenities. The house was well stocked with games, beach supplies (towels/games), and kitchen needs. Clubhouse was an 8 min walk away through a serene and pristine property. Our family had a beautiful and relaxing stay, with the sun room being our favorite part of the house. Will definitely be returning as this is our new favorite location!

Great Family Vacation

On arrival my wife exclaimed how beautiful and clean the home was. And the kitchen had everything we needed. Wagon and beach chairs were much appreciated too. The private beach (where we spent most of our time) was not at all crowded. Our grandkids loved the clean sand as well. Great vacation us and our son's family.

Our Summer Cottage Experience

An extremely roomy yet cozy cottage full of many wonderful amenities. We appreciated the amazingly organized kitchen, generous supply of dishes, utensils and linens. We thank Russel and Lorraine for being such gracious hosts and checking in on us during our stay. We had a most enjoyable experience during our visit to the cottages.

Great Family Vacation Spot!

This property was so well organized and fully stocked with all you might need on a trip which was a huge plus! The place was very tidy when we arrived. The owner communicated well with us from the start and through the trip. The amenities in the complex on site were ample entertainment for us. The sunroom was a nice bonus and great place to start the day with a morning coffee! We would recommend this place for anyone wanting a relaxing family vacation.

Great spot for a family vacation

The house was very well appointed , clean and spacious. We brought our boat and appreciated the very nice marina where we were able to rent a slip. The kids (3 and 4 years old) loved the pool, the one pool for children is less than 2 feet deep and ideal for that age. It’s a little bit of a trek to the beach, made much easier by use of the wagon that is available for use. Had a wonderful time!

Fabulous stay

This was a wonderful rental. The owner Russel always responded quickly to any communication. When I had to make a change to our rental dates he was very accommodating. On arrival a housekeeping issue was dealt with instantly. This property was a great location for our week of winery trips. We spent many evenings chatting in the sun room and living room. The property is very well maintained and pride of ownership shows. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen I’ve seen in a rental. We enjoyed our time here and would be happy to rent here again! Thank you Russel!

Amazing experience

We just returned from a fantastic month's stay at Russel and Lorraine's cottage. The location is perfect and the complex of cottages is fully fenced and secure. You are close to both Oliver and Osyoos as well as many wonderful wineries. We loved everything about this cottage and the area. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. We had a generous welcome gift of coffee, wine and snacks.The cottage was clean and well-appointed with everything one could need. The kitchen was fully equipped not only with dishes for cooking but also spices and other things needed for making meals. Every corner of the cottage was furnished tastefully and comfortably. The bedrooms had comfy beds and lots of closet and dresser space.The sunroom was a relaxing place to have a glass of wine and enjoy the evening sun. Our hosts ensured we had clear instructions for everything that we could need and were available for any questions. We truly did not want to leave we enjoyed our stay so much and can't wait to return. Would highly recommend it as a vacation spot in summer or winter.

A perfect summer vacation

This "cabin" is perfect! The home was clean, organized and stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Russel was extremely prompt in responding and ensured we had a great stay. The grounds are beautiful with pool, hot tubs, beach, marina and lots of green space. We hardly left the complex as it had everything for us. We have an 8 year old and 6 year old twins. They loved every minute (as did we). I highly recommend the Cottages and Russel as a host!
