This country house was built about 150 years ago and has been totally restored. 5000 m2 of magnificent private gardens and fenced with large area of grass, forest, outdoor furniture, ping pong, swimming pool (8 x 4 m) and spacious and comfortable porch (54 m2) with barbecue equipped with kitchen, tables and chairs.

A typical Catalan house with very well communicated. 3 km from Valls, capital of the district, 21 km from Tarragona and 100 kmfrom Barcelona. It has a nice dining room, well-equipped kitchen and 6 comfortable rooms.

The house is distributed on 3 floors:

Ground floor: the living room withfireplace, sofas, TV, DVD, etc. and nice dining area connected by an arch. Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, Italian coffee maker and capsule coffee machine. 1 double bedroom. Bathroom with shower.

Lower level: with access to garden. 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom with shower.

First floor: 1 twin bedroom which has access to 2 single bedrooms. Bathroom with bath.

Large porch of 54 m2 with barbecue, table and chairs, and outdoor kitchen with gas hob 90 cm, oven, sink, fridge and dishwasher.

Private closed swimming pool ( 8 x 4 m).



Weekend bookings: Departures 17-18 h, as long as they do not coincide with the arrival of another client (in this case, prior notice will be given).

Week bookings: Departures maximum 12 h. Maximum 3 dogs

La casa tiene una fosa sectica y huele muy mal Las sartenes están en muy mal estado, no se puede cocinar en ellas. Sí la casa la ofrecen para 8 ó más personas y teniendo barbacoa deben tener una paellera para dichas personas, la que había era pequeña. Por lo demás la casa y jardín están muy bien

Muy buena experiencia

Pasamos un fin de semana con amigos y la experiencia muy buena. Lástima que el tiempo no nos acompañó, pero la casa tiene todo lo necesario para estar agusto. Nos encantó la zona del porche por dimensión y comodidad para estar con amigos y también las habitaciones. La Sra. María muy biena anfitriona. Muy atenta y amable en todo momento.

TRES BON SEJOUR

très bon séjour dans cette belle propriété. Un problème de piscine et de lave vaisselle mais réglé de suite , merci à Maria et son fils d avoir été réactif. La cuisine extérieur est superbe . Les 2 points négatifs comme évoqués dans les autres commentaires sont les chiens du voisinage et les moustiques . Lors de notre séjour il a fait particulièrement chaud et malgré les ventilateurs les nuits ont été compliqué la clim serait le top. Malgré ces quelques points nous avons passés un excellent séjour. Une maison superbe avec un environnement magnifique

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à 7 adultes et un enfant de 2 ans dans ce lieu magnifique. Nous signalons particulièrement l'aménagement d'un vaste espace cuisine salon à l'extérieur qui donne l'impression de vivre dehors. La maison offre tout le charme de l'ancien avec un bon niveau de confort. Nous recommandons vivement cette location saisonnière

Prachtig huis

Het huis is prima uitgerust en zwembad is prachtig. De buitenkeuken is praktisch ingericht met vaatwasser en koelvriescombinatie. De speeltoestellen zijn allemaal kapot, die kunnen beter worden weggehaald. Er zijn erg veel honden in de omgeving, die blaffen ook regelmatig, dat was alleen in de nacht soms hinderlijk. Daar kan uiteraard het huis niets aan doen, dat blijft prachtig

Maison exceptionnelle

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Maria, très sympa et réactive dès que l’on a un souci ou une question. Le coin piscine et la cuisine extérieure sont un havre de paix… Nous reviendrons ! Seul petit bémol : Les chiens dans les propriétés alentours et voisinage… Ils peuvent aboyer très régulièrement (jour comme nuit), un peu pénible j’avoue… Nous avons passé de super vacances malgré tout ! La finca es enorme y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Si pudiera sugerir algo, incluiría persianas en las habitaciones y luces en la zona de la piscina.

Très belle propriété et sa piscine

Très belle propriété et sa piscine, mais hélas beaucoup de moustiques prévoir de l’anti moustique +++. Deuxième petit problème beaucoup de chien aux environs de la propriété qui hurlent toute la nuit.

Huge beautiful villa.

This is such a great villa for a family stay. Swimming pool is not heated but there are plenty of beaches around 20 mins drive that you could visit. The space available is great. The outdoor kitchen a great bonus.

Hem passat uns dies de somni al Tros de l'avi, la casa és gran, bonica i còmoda, però sobretot hem gaudit de la cuina al porxo i de l'espectacular jardí amb piscina. Des de Valls hem visitat Montblanc, Reus i Tarragona, les muntanyes de Prades, una bodega de la DO Tarragona i la ruta de la Capona, tot a 20 minuts en cotxe de casa. La comunicació tant amb l'agència com amb la propietària ha estat perfecta. Poso un 4 a confort per l'alta presència de mosquits, cal anar preparat per fer-hi front!

This was the second time we have stayed at this property and the quality of provision is excellent and we very much appreciate the friendliness and kindness of Maria. One small thing that would be nice, however, is to repair the table-tennis table! We ended up playing on this for quite some time and it would really nice to have the table flat and the net tight. Everything else, though, was marvellous.
