Cool house

We enjoyed our stay. The walk up and down from the beach can be tough for anyone with even slight mobility issues so something to keep in mind when considering. Otherwise we enjoyed it very much.

Really Fantastic

Wonderful Holiday. Giovanna did everything to make our stay easy and without stress. House is amazing, clean, open, light with great places to eat and talk together. Framura is enchanted and unspoiled. Secluded beaches close by and the small port directly below the house offer great swimming opportunities. We will all return again.

Family time at a wonderful place

We have been two families with teenagers and younger kids. There is plenty of things to do around and the train connection is convenient. The house is big enough for at least 9 persons. The beach close to the Framura station is nice. However if you prefer a sand beach you can easily take the train or go by bike through the tunnel to Bonassola. I really enjoyed the time. Kirchen is well equipped. We brought a water boiler with us as it is not included. Not a big deal. All instructions in the house are helpful. Restaurant up the hill as well as the small shop are good. Thanks for the great time we were able to spent.

We really enjoyed our stay in Framura at Giovanna's house! The house with no frills overlooking the sea in the rugged hillsides of the quiet town of Framura was the perfect way to unwind from life for our stay.The house has the feeling of a summer home, with basic decorations, but everything you need, such as comfortable beds, kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, hot water, outdoor shower, a washing machine, etc. There is no wifi, so cell service is recommended. The house has gorgeous views over the sea, and you can even hear the waves! To reach the house, one must go up 157 stairs and a small section of road to reach the entrance. It takes roughly 5 minutes to reach the train station going down, and 9 minutes to come up. The beach area is just below the train station, and is quite a nice rocky beach, with beautiful clear water. There is a bar right on the beach to grab snacks and drinks. Two towns up from Framura has a grocery store, bar and delicious pizzeria. We enjoyed the walk up to the town and back after a meal.From Framura, one can rent bikes to bike along the bike path through the old train tunnels to the towns of Bonassola and Levanto. We really enjoyed this activity as a family, and took half of the day to stop in the towns and at the beaches. We also took the train to a few of the towns of Cinque Terre one day. It was easy to take the train there and after a day of crowds and beautiful views, we were happy to be back to peaceful and rugged Framura

« Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. La proximité immédiate de la plage et de la gare a été un atout majeur, nous permettant de visiter facilement les Cinque Terre sans voiture. La terrasse était parfaite pour nos petits déjeuners et nos apéros du soir.Conseil aux voyageurs : Prévoyez de faire vos courses dans une plus grande ville avant d'arriver, car l'épicerie locale ferme à 13h. Pour l'atteindre, il faut marcher (ça grimpe !) ou prendre une petite navette, ce qui est sportif sous la chaleur estivale.Les lits étaient très confortables et les ventilateurs indispensables pour la nuit. Le café fourni a également été très apprécié. Nous recommandons ce logement, idéal pour un couple ou une famille avec adolescents ! Les hôtes nous ont bien guider de notre arrivée à notre départ. »

Wir waren scho das zweite Mal hier und lieben das Haus und die wunderbare Lage. Ausflüge in die Umgebung sind vielfältig und für die ganze Familie reizvoll und wunderschön.Die Gastgeberin ist immer schnell über Whatsapp zu kontaktieren und war immer sehr hilfsbreit! Leider sind die Mücken immer noch ein echtes Problem, da es keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern und Türen gibt. Unser Sommer hier war extrem heiß und wir haben schmerzlich eine Klimaanlage vermisst. Auch für Großfamilien. wie wir es sind, wäre es toll eine besser ausgestattetete Küche zu haben.

Familienurlaub

Wir waren mit sieben Erwachsenen eine Woche im September hier und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus hat uns genügend Platz für alle geboten. Vor allem die Terrassen bieten wunderschöne Aussichten und von hier haben wir herrliche Sonnenuntergänge erlebt. Der Bahnhof ist ganz in der Nähe - perfekt um Wanderungen und Ausflüge zu planen. Zu Fuß erreichbar (ca 10 Minuten bergauf) gibt es eine Pizzeria - sehr zu empfehlen.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Framura. La maison est grande et spacieuse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. L équipement de la cuisine est simple mais suffisant (il manque juste une bouilloire pour les buveurs de thé 😉) La maison est à 10-15 min de la gare. Ce qui permet de se déplacer en train sans avoir à utiliser la voiture. Nous recommandons le restaurant pizzeria situé un peu plus haut dans le village.

Entspannter Urlaub in Ligurien

Wir (4 Erwachsene und zwei 17-Jährige) verbrachten eine schöne Woche in Ligurien. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in dem Haus in Framura und genossen die Blicke aufs Meer von allen Terrassen und Räumen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und wir hatten genug Platz. Zu zehnt könnte es evtl. Etwas eng werden. In Framura gibt es zwei Bars und ein edles Restaurant am Bahnhof (10Min. zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt). Dort gibt es auch 2 kleine Strände. Im Ortsteil Setta (20 min. zu Fuß den Berg hoch) gibt es eine Bäckerei/Alimentari und eine Pizzeria. Zum Einkaufen sind wir nur einmal mit dem Auto nach Levanto gefahren, aber die Parksituation ist eine Katastrophe. Danach sind wir nur noch mit Fahrrädern (kann man am Bahnhof leihen) durch die alten Eisenbahntunnel nach Bonnassola und Levanto gefahren. Zwei nette Orte mit Geschäften, Restaurants und Stränden. Das einzig Negative an unserem Urlaub waren die lästigen Sandmücken. Mückenspray nicht vergessen!

Le lieu parfait pour visiter les Cinque Terre

Très belle maison bien équipée, perchée à flanc de falaise, à 5 minutes à pied de la gare. C’est le meilleur des plans pour visiter les Cinque Terre sans jamais prendre sa voiture.

Grande maison très bien située

Les points positifs sont : la localisation car proche gare et très pratique de prendre le train avec possibilité de rentrer tard vers minuit si vous allez au restaurant le soir et même train vers 1 heure du matin …ainsi que la superficie de la maison idéale pour un groupe d’amis, lits confortables bien que beaucoup de petits lits et lieu très calme. Je noterai cependant qu’il y a des petites cafetières donc prévoir sa cafetière si nombreux et que vous aimez le café.

au calme ,5 minute de la gare , accès en quelques minutes a levanto et les cinq villages ,fréquence des trains parfait ,maison très spacieuse idéale pour 8 ou 9 personnes ,toutes les pièces ont vue sur la mer ,cuisine fonctionnelle ( manque toutefois une cafetière Electrique grande capacité !)en bref a l'unanimité notre groupe recommande cet hébergement pour un groupe ou une famille

3 Terrassen und Meerblick

Wir waren positiv überrascht vom Haus. 3 Terrassen. Alle Zimmer mit Meerblick. Netter und schneller Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten zum Strand. Sehr schöne Küste. Strände mit Kies. Nächster Sandstrand in Bonassola und Levanto. Super Radwege in alten Bahntunnels mit spekatkulären Ausblicken auf das Meer und Badestellen über Bonassola bis Levanto (circa 5 km). Radverleih am Bahnhof Framura vorhanden. Sonst gibt es außer 2 Strandbars nichts in der Nähe des Ferienhauses. Nächste Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Bar+Restaurant in Framura weiter oben auf dem Berg. Zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten. Es fährt auch ab und zu ein Bus. Oder mit Zug, Auto oder Fahrrad zum Einkaufen nach Bonassola (ca. 2 km durch den Radweg-Bahntunnel) oder Levanto. Die Bahn liegt unterhalb des Hauses, deshalb nicht ganz ruhig aber für uns war es in Ordnung. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist nicht stark befahren. Aber manche Autos hupen an den engen Kurven, was vor allem nachts und früh morgens nerven kann.

Pfingsturlaub 22

Ein wunderbares großzügiges Haus in sehr schöner Lage, Meerblick aus allen Zimmern. Es war wirklich alles da, vom Fön über Geschirrtücher, Mülltüten bis zu Malfarben und vielen interessanten Büchern. Der Fernseher hat uns nicht gefehlt. 5 Minuten zum kleinen Strand, auch mit Kleinkindern gut zu bewältigen. 15 Minuten den Berg hoch zum Einkauf in Setta. Nah zum Bahnhof, damit schnell in vielen interessanten Orten Italiens, nah zum Wandern, rundum genial. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke Giovanna Christine und Familie

Very nice house

We really enjoyed staying in the house. It is quite spacious and the rooms are beautiful. The sea is really close to the house. The trainconnection is good. The communication with Giovanna was fast and easy. I would recommend it.

Bella casa con vista mare

Ho trascorso nella proprietà alcuni giorni con un gruppo di amici. La vista dalla casa è meravigliosa, così come la zona di Framura e i piccoli paesi che si trovano nelle vicinanze. È l'ideale per godersi una vacanza in tranquillità e, se lo si desidera, visitare le cinque Terre, raggiungibili comodamente con il treno.
