Pacific Shores #B-109 is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit on the ground floor. It features a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in the condo, TV, and free WIFI. There are 2 queen beds, queen sofa bed, and a walk-in shower (no tub). Window air conditioning in the living room only, and ceiling fans throughout. For outdoor activities, Pacific Shores #B-109 is supplied with beach chairs and beach towels. Sleeps 6.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

There are also several shared gas grills available to cook your favorite meals.

The unit was very convenient, spacious and had everything we needed to have a great stay. The washer/dryer in the unit was a blessing, especially when you have two little ones! The only thing I had issues with was the cleanliness of the floor and insects in the apartment, even though we did not bring cardboard and left any open food in the refrigerator.

We had a lovely stay, everything was as advertised in the posting. We were on Maui for a family wedding and spent some time at the beach - great that there was a wagon in the unit! - and at the pool. We'd stay here again next time we visit.

We loved our stay in Kihei. The perfect beach-town neighbourhood, not too far from the hustle and bustle of Wailea and/or West Maui, but not too tourist-y either! The condo was perfect for our needs including a parking spot and the apartment (including the kitchen) was nicely stocked.

We had a great time here. Everything we needed. The beach was a short 5 min walk and other beaches are walkable as well. Right on a main public bus route as well. Beach chairs for the beach and a floatie chair for the pool was great! The condo was a little dated but functional. 2 bedrooms was great and a tv in both bedrooms as well as the living room for down time. Kitchen had most everything you needed. Washer and dryer in the unit was a great addition! Booking was simple and we were able to communicate easily via email.

Location was great right down the beach. Only down side was the hot tub wasn’t open and the blinds the second bedroom were broken. Overall for the price, however, it was great!

Everything was alright except the towels smelled really bad and furniture was pretty worn. I wish there was coffee and cream. The location was great and we really enjoyed the food trucks.

Great location near Charley Young beach and comfortable condo with lovely, large bathroom. AC in living room was nice as it was very hot in August. Bedrooms had no AC but were cool enough at night with windows open and fans on. Enjoyed our stay very much.

A lovely time in Kihei

The property was clean and a great location to access beaches, and to explore the rest of the island. Construction was still going on, but since we were out all day it wasn't a problem. Unfortunately the pool wasn't available, but the beach was so close it was fine. Very well equipped, we really appreciated the beach chairs, wagon, cooler, etc. Would recommend.

Maui Home Minutes from Everything

The condo was very convenient to local fare and beaches. The road in front of the complex can get very busy, so it was nice being able to walk to food trucks and other shops. (For the best food, skip the restaurants and find the food trucks.) We really enjoyed the beach chairs and other items made available to us.

Nice unit for the price. Lots of space and amenities provided like beach chairs and towels, a wagon to carry things to the very close beach across the street, coolers, washer dryer, and after 9pm pretty quiet. They should update the pictures to show that construction of the next door hotel has been completed so it was not an issue. The AC wasn’t working but it was quickly remedied. If you need space and are on a budget this place is close to a lot of things.

Just what we needed!

My husband, our two children (ages 9 and 11), and my mom all stayed here comfortably. It was within walking distance to some great beaches, as well as numerous restaurants and food trucks. The pool was great when we wanted it. We didn't cook much, but the kitchen had everything we needed and more. I would stay here again!
