We had 4 adults and 4 kids stay here, and the size of the property was prefect for us. There was a very short walk to the shuttle that we caught back and forth to/from the Village for skiing which worked out very well for our group. The property was very clean and has a nice layout.
My friends and I really enjoyed staying at this condo. Super close to Vail with access to supermarkets/ski shops/restaurants etc. The condo is super cozy and I highly recommend this for skiers/snowboarders who want to visit Vail!
We had a great stay at Cesar’s condo in West Vail. It’s a great location to ski either Vail or Beaver Creek. The condo had plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 4 teens, and the layout is great for having the whole crew together. Overall, it was a great place and Cesar is a great host. We would definitely stay again!
Cozy and welcoming property, very comfortable, clean and the most amazing thing, awesome location. Great communication with the owner. Recommended 100%.
The VRBO had tons of amenities which made our stay pleasant and convenient. The only complaint from the group was the bunk beds being a little uncomfortable. Besides that, the stay was great and we would be back in a heartbeat.
All of our first time in Vail, CO. Our niece was getting married and what a beautiful destination. The VRBO was perfectly located and very welcoming. There was enough room for 3 adults and 3 teenagers to be comfortable and still have room. The trees and creek on the backside of condo is so very relaxing. Highly recommend
This location was perfect for our stay. Centrally located, we travelled up to Rocky Mountain National Park and down to Aspen. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The living space was laid out nicely allowing for movies, cooking and coloring at the bar all at the same time! Communication with the owners was timely and thorough. Coffee outside by the river was my favorite part! Great place. Great stay.
Wonderful family vacation! The only disappointment was having no hot water on the first day. However, once I notified the owner, it was quickly fixed! We appreciated the responsiveness. The home was well equipped and very comfortable for our family of six.. The area was gorgeous. We enjoyed our coffee by the creek. The sound of the water in the evening made for a very relaxing experience. Free shuttle service made visiting the villages and hiking trials a breeze! The Berry Picker trail was beautiful and challenging! The the gondola ride down made it even better. Such views! Don’t miss visiting Vale Village and Beaver Creek (a short drive) Village- Lions Head too!
Great space for a short or longer stay in the Vail valley
Comfortable, clean and well appointed. Friendly owners. Everything we needed for sure. Very good value in that market.
The only caveat is that the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds with very low clearance--not ideal for adults, but tolerable. Better would be a single and a bunk.
We loved our stay! The condo was spacious, clean, well equipped and convenient to both Vail and Beaver Creek. Our favorite amenities were the dry sauna and the wood-burning fireplace. All furniture was in good condition. Please know that There is a bit of a walk in from parking and you have to go up two flights of stairs, but it was worth it to have the top unit and hear no noise from other units. Totally recommend and will stay here again!
Lovely home. Well furnished kitchen. Good storage in entry for stuff. Great comfy couch. Nice showers. Plenty hot water.
Important to note: the condo is located on 2nd floor with over 15 outside steps to entry and a bit of walk from parking. We didn’t expect that and arrived in dark. Vail bus stop close to unit 15-20 minute to vail village depending on bus route. Would recommend staying here. Good value.
Very nice location. Everything we needed was provided. Propane, firewood, utensils everything. We just needed to bring our own food. The view was amazing! The condo stood right next to creek. Access to Vail shopping was easy. There is also a bus that is free that you can use. Property owner responded quickly to our messages. The only thing i didnt like was that house sits on a 3rd floor. Hard to take coolers and caes of water up there but besides that would stay again.
Our son graduated college and we stayed here with our two daughters while moving him to Avon. The condo was spacious, clean and beautiful. The second day we stayed we saw the biggest bald eagle fly by, and also the most amazing humming birds while standing on the porch. The river view was beautiful and the sounds were so peaceful. The condo had everything you could want. It was so relaxing to grill on the porch and everyone we saw was so friendly. The beds and couch were so comfortable and we all talked about how fun it would be to come back and ski in the winter. We also all appreciated having cable and digital tv options to wind down at night. The location has easy access to West or East 70 and is minutes away from Vail Village and plenty of hiking trails. The first night we arrived late and had trouble getting in. Cesar was amazing and so responsive even though with the time difference it was late for him! He went out of his way to check on us throughout our stay to make sure we had no other issues. This was our first time in Colorado and we are already looking forward to when we can come back! Highly recommend!
Perfect for our family of 4 but would certainly accommodate 4 more in the bunk room. Super close to downtown Vail and conveniently located to many other places (whitewater rafting, ATVs and hiking). The owners are very responsive. House was clean. Kitchen was great. The property is set right next to a stream, surrounded by trees and with a Mountain View. It is so relaxing.
July can be a tricky time visiting places that don’t have central air conditioning but the house cooled down nicely at night with windows open and the cooling units provided in the bedrooms. You might be concerned with windows open all night that noise could be an issue but it was not. The community is very quiet at all times. Would definitely return.
Absolutely fabulous. The house was so clean, well stocked and gave us a fabulous home for the week!
Location was amazing, right on Gore creek, about 5 minutes from Vail Village. Such a quiet neighborhood. Never heard vehicles or anyone…only the rush of the creek, flowing high.
The house was stocked with everything: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, lots of towels/linens, laundry det, dish soap, paper goods, plenty of “real” dishes, games, a portable speaker, books, coffee…just about anything you need or want for a home-away-from-home. It was like stepping into your own home.
One thing to know is there is no air conditioner in the house, we couldn’t get the heat turned down and it was quite toasty and warm (too warm for our liking). We kept the windows and patio door open 24 hrs and it still wouldn’t cool down. Then we pulled out lots of box fans from the closets (there are several in every closet). I messaged Cesar and he responded quickly and encouraged us to use the fans. We never did get the temperature down to our liking but it wasn’t awful…nor was it a big deal. We just prefer a cooler home (it stayed consistently at 71° even with the windows open and fans on).
But with that said, not 1 thing was wrong with the home. That was just a personal preference.
Would we stay there again or recommend it for you? ⒶⒷⓈⓄⓁⓊⓉⒺⓁⓎ
Myself and 2 other couples rented this for a friends wedding. The condo was perfect! Clean, spacious, and steps away from the free bus line. We enjoyed the back deck over the creek and would definitely stay again!

I'm an orthopedic surgeon and father of 3. Although we enjoy living in the clear blue waters and sandy beaches of Miami Beach, we fell in love with the Colorado mountains, creeks, and snow. It's no surprise that we decided to make Vail our second home.
