In an alley of the charming village of Lanas, a staircase allows you to access a beautiful sunny terrace secured by a gate.
From here you access a large living room with a modern and well equipped American kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee pod machine, electric barbecue). Convertible sofa, TV, WC.
An internal staircase leads to the bedroom with bed 140, storage and bathroom with shower.
This cottage has been renovated very recently with great taste and character.
At the cellar, 2 bicycles VTC are at your disposal.

Au calme mais près de tout.

Cette location est conforme à l'annonce. Très bien pour un couple. Possibilité de baignade à 300 mètres de l'appartement. Les restaurants sur la place sont également très appréciables et appréciés car il faut réserver pour y manger. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et de bons conseils notamment pour éviter les embouteillages lors du retour. Encore Merci !!!!
