Located at the crossroads of Gironde, Dordogne and Charente Maritime, near the vineyards of Saint Emilion, this maisonette in the heart of a countryside hamlet awaits you for your peaceful nature stay.
Detached single storey house (51 m2), it has a large bedroom of 22 m2, a new fully equipped kitchen, a living room of 17 m2, a new bathroom and a pleasant private garden with trees . It is suitable for people with reduced mobility as well as young children.
Interior renovation with ecological materials (paints, hemp and wood wool insulation). Ecological beds (one double bed, two single beds).
Supermarkets, shops, post office, SNCF train station 5 kms away.
Bergerac and Bordeaux airports 1 hour away.
Many opportunities for hikes and bike rides. Many fishing spots nearby. several equestrian centers.
In summer, you can go canoeing, kayaking and paddleboarding on the surrounding rivers of Isle and Dronne.
Close to the vineyards of Saint Emilion (Unesco World Heritage), Pomerol, Lalande de Pomerol, Sauternes, Fronsac, Pineau and Cognac.
