Great location! Very easy to walk to the beach. Appreciated clear communication from the host throughout our short stay. Really nice front room with a big couch and tv. Stayed nice and cool inside while it was very hot and humid outside. Nice updated shower. A few downsides: Very hard mattresses, wonky floors, no dishwasher, and loud AC window units on the porch. We didn’t use or go in the room downstairs that’s a converted garage, which has sleeping space, along with washer/dryer and toilet in a weird closet with no ceiling.

It was really small, we had no Internet service our entire stay even after entering the WiFi info and I was told it would fit 12 and it barely fit 10 2 guest had to share a couch other than that everything was ok

Great place

We had an absolutely amazing time. The beach box stay made it even better, the ease of check in and out and the overall comfort of the place! The room at the bottom was great for the older kids and great for Mom and Dad!!! Would most definitely stay again!

You can see the ocean from the property. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful. We enjoyed the ice cream truck that came buy on Saturday. It brought back memories when i was a child.

Nice quite location, 20min out of galveston. Swimming pool was great and only a 5min walk to the beach! Lots of nice restaurants and icecream shops within a short drive.

The listing was incorrect. The third bedroom was not in the main house but in a converted garage. It realed of mildew and there was visible mold.The kitchen had a broken cabinet. There was mold on all the vents and the couch had dried blood on it. The host was super rude and insisted we just had too high of cleaning standards and that the mold wasnt that bad etc.
