=> apartment where you don't feel cramped: 50 m2 very well located, with a diagonal sea view from the living room including:

- a living room / stay / kitchen equipped with a sofa bed 2 places, television, washing machine, dishwasher

- a bedroom with a 140 cm bed

- a bathroom following the bedroom
- an independent toilet


=> ideal housing situation: this is the first feeling of holidaymakers.

- the large beach => just below the Place du Tribunal to cross

- the nearby embankment pool, next to the Tourist Office and the Casino des Atlantes,

- the shops in the center are around 100 to 150 m away.
with the central halls much appreciated every day.
