Beautiful five bedroom home nestled on 5 acres in the Hocking Hills. Custom home with many modern amenities including large kitchen, outside pool, hot tub, pool house, wifi/internet, outdoor fire pit, ping pong table, outdoor dining, outdoor grille, formal dining, master bedroom with master bathroom, washer dryer, pet friendly, outdoor and indoor parking, and just miles from zip lines, caves, putt putt, golf, restaurants and much more.

We did have an issue on some cleaning . Brandon the host was right on it.This property could use some updating.Saying that, We would stay here all over again.The host Brandon is a great communicator .You would be very Happy if you stayed here.

Rockbridge retreat was the PERFECT stay for our group of 12. It had the rare balance of space where everybody had room to spread out or huddle up, depending on what we wanted to do. The pool and hot tub were a great addition, the kitchen was well stocked (especially on the stainless steel cookware as we stay away from Teflon), the house was clean, and the location is a nice, quiet area. Ryan was quick and helpful in his responses and we wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend this place

We had our whole family vacation here (9 adults and 4 kids) and there was plenty of room for everyone. We absolutely loved the house and location. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit! Plenty of space in the pool and we brought our own rafts and pool toys which we left behind for the next groups. The property manager stayed in contact with us and brought us firewood when we asked which was so nice and unexpected! The house was clean and stocked appropriately for an Airbnb/vrbo. We brought a lot of our own stuff in preparation since we know what to expect (paper towel, toilet paper, paper plates, etc). The kitchen is amazing as well! Having 2 ovens was a huge plus for the amount of food we cooked for our group. We loved the gigantic island and spent a lot of time around it. One thing that should be noted is that the primary bedroom does not have a twin bed in it like the listing states and shows in pictures. This did throw off our room situations so I thought it’d be appropriate to note for anyone else banking on that extra bed in the large room. Also, the hot water tank is not as large as you’d expect for a house that size. We took many cold showers even though everyone was showering quickly and trying to shower at different times. Otherwise, a perfect stay and those two minor inconveniences didn’t change our thoughts on this beautiful house. We’d book the Rockbridge Retreat again in a heartbeat!

Loved our stay. Very clean, host was always prompt with returning texts, and always asked if he could bring us anything. Pool was wonderful. Spacious kitchen area with everything we needed. Highly recommend a stay here. Wish we had stayed longer.

Rockbridge Retreat
