This was a great little place. We found everything as advertised, and the hosts made check-in and check-out very convenient. We loved the swings in the backyard, and the home was in a nice neighborhood. No complaints, had a great stay.

We booked this property for 30 days. Compared to other VRBO's we've stayed at, the lack of cleanliness of this house upon our arrival was not at all what we expected based on the favorable ratings. Whomever was hired to clean this property before our arrival needs to be replaced. The refrigerator had not been cleaned, nor the pantry. The floor had been swept but not cleaned/sanitized. The main ceiling vent in the living room was clogged with dust and when we located the vacuum to attempt cleaning of this vent, the vacuum's dirt canister was 100% full and the floor attachment was also clogged with lint/hair. The pillows on the couch were also very dirty. The bed sheets appeared clean, but when we needed to wash the bedding, we discovered the mattress pads were very stained so we washed them as well. There was also a strong musty/moldy smell in the bathrooms, although they appeared clean. The outdoor patio furniture was also very dirty and in poor shape. The location of the home was ideal for our 30 day stay, and the yard was well kept.

Christy has a great place. It was perfect for what we needed, and centrally located to so many amazing amenities - both shopping and fun! The house had all the basics you might need. We'll definitely consider staying here next time we need a place in the area!

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental! The home was incredibly comfortable and relaxing, making it easy to settle in right away. The kitchen was well stocked, which made cooking during our trip a breeze. We also loved the great location—close to everything we needed yet still peaceful and quiet. Overall, a perfect place to unwind. Highly recommend!

From the check in to the check out- Christy’s property was a delightful home away from home. The space was just the right size. The beds were comfortable as were the linens. The home is very family friendly. There is a nice selection of games, and there’s even a pack n play. If you forgot anything for the bathroom, it was well stocked- extra shampoo, body wash, hairspray, blow dryer, you name it. And there were lots of options for seasonings, coffee pods and condiments. Overall, the property was clean, welcoming and just a great stay!

The home was very clean and had everything we needed and then some. I appreciated the owner leaving lights on for us when she found out we were arriving late. The home is in a nice neighborhood and was conveniently located for our outings, which is why we picked this house in the first place. All bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Clean, good location for getting around Boise, comfy beds(although too high for my 98 yr old mom to climb in), well stocked( very limited kitchen linens),beautiful back yard and deck seating. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay- it was in a great location, and a great price for the week and communication was easy and friendly. The house itself is nice enough, they have a swing set out back for kiddos and everything was decently clean (nothing major as an issue). The beds weren’t the best, so that’s the main reason for the 4/5. But overall we enjoyed our stay. It’s family friendly, and the host was wonderful.
