On one of the most beautiful spots on the island, we offer this luxurious studio in the Den Laman complex. Rough Scad Apartment is located on the island side and the private beach of the complex is just around the corner!





Dive the house reef

Den Laman in the local language of Bonaire means 'at the beach'. The complex is located near several shore dive sites and it also has its own beautiful house reef (Bari Reef). The small building also houses a diving center and a pier, allowing the divers among our guests to go out diving right from their accommodation!





Near Kralendijk

Den Laman is at 2 minutes by car from the center of Kralendijk and also within walking distance of several beaches with restaurants like Spice Beach Club. There is also a restaurant located in the building, with a beautiful terrace on the water.

Getting Around:

Bonaire and especially the hotspots like Washington Slagbaai National Park, the remote pristine beaches, and the kitesurf and windsurf locations, are best enjoyed with a rental car, as our lovely Caribbean island has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings of Den Laman Rough Scad. With your own car you can explore remote snorkel spots, dive sites and local restaurants at your own pace. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like the park, a pickup truck or SUV is advisable. The park roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car less suitable. There is no public transport on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port.

Other Things to Note:

Check-in to Den Laman Rough Scad is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible on request, depending on other reservations.
