The Itz Inn offers guests an unprecedented location right in the heart of the Main Street, adjacent to Hondo's (named after the famous Hondo Crouch) which is one of Fredericksburg's most popular eateries. This is a true gem of a property providing an opportunity to literally step back in time; if the rock walls could speak - a thousand tales would be told. Comfortable spaces both inside and out - lounge area off bedroom and down steps to back patio for an evening glass of wine or a cocktail. Live music at Hondo's is an additional bonus on the weekends. (Please note: You are renting a suite, not the entire home)

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

There were no vineyard views, but a wine tasting room next door. There were only two towels and one wash rag for two people for two days. It was weird that we fell asleep with the double doors open and woke up with them closed. Location was nice, near two restaurant/bars with live music and amazing food, a coffee shop and a wine tasting room.

The unit was clean and in a great location.. Within walking distance to everything. The host also recommended the Cabernet Grill for an anniversary dinner which was AMAZING! Will definately book again.

The historic charm and location were perfect for our weekend getaway. The property is within walking distance of great places to eat, shop, and listen to music. This place has such character! We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Anniversary getaway

Great place to stay if you’re wanting to walk to restaurants and shopping. We went during the week for a more quiet stay. The live music from Hondo’s is great to sit and listen to in the living room while relaxing.
