Villa of 120 m2 located in the very quiet outskirts of Denia and at the same time very close to all comodities and the sea.
The interior has been totally renovated in 2018 and offers all modern comforts in a traditional house in the area.
On the garden side, Villa Belle enjoys exceptional views of the Montgó, a swimming pool, garden furniture and parasols and a parking for two.

The house is well presented, very clean, linen and towels lovely and good quality. The kitchen is very modern and well quipped! Lovely views from the pool area! Pool fabulous too.

Very nice, well appointed villa. Nice and quiet, despite having other villas close by. I would definitely book again. Very good and prompt communication from the owner. Recommended.

Overall an enjoyable stay

We stayed at Villa Belle for a fortnight and when we arrived we found the accommodation clean and nicely prepared. Whenever we had a question, Augustin promptly replied and helped us. The area is nice and quiet and you need a car to get around the city. Definitely a good place to stay.

Very nice and clean house, well equipped

Dear Sonia and Agustin, we enjoyed our stay in your house a lot - very clean and very well equipped. Many thanks! The wind at Montgo can blow quite heavily which imits the opportunity to enjoy outside barbecue from time to time - well, weather is hard to control. If cushions for the sun loungers/beds could be provided this would just be perfect. A small note to those being dependant on (fast) Internet access - it seems the overall speed can drop to pretty low levels in the area. We surely can recommend Villa Belle for a relaxed vacation!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa Belle in Dénia und haben unseren Aufenthalt von Anfang bis Ende sehr genossen. Die Villa ist ein toller Ort, um mit der Familie Urlaub zu machen und einfach einmal abzuschalten.Besonders schön war der großzügige und sehr gepflegte Pool. Gerade an den warmen Tagen war er unser Lieblingsplatz – morgens eine erste Runde schwimmen, tagsüber abkühlen und abends noch einmal ins Wasser. Der Pool war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts in einem wirklich schönen Zustand. Zweimal pro Woche kam zudem eine professionelle Poolreinigungsfirma vorbei und kümmerte sich um die Pflege. Das hat man der Anlage auch deutlich angesehen.Sehr angenehm war außerdem der Kontakt zum Besitzer. Er war jederzeit ansprechbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet und man hatte jederzeit das gute Gefühl, dass ihm wichtig ist, dass seine Gäste sich wohlfühlen.Auch die Villa selbst bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Familienurlaub braucht. Besonders die Kombination aus Ruhe, Privatsphäre und dem schönen Außenbereich hat uns gefallen. Nach einem Ausflug nach Dénia oder an den Strand zurückzukommen und noch ein paar Stunden am Pool zu verbringen, war einfach perfekt.Unser Fazit: Die Villa Belle war für uns eine sehr gute Wahl. Ein schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool, guter Betreuung und einem Besitzer, der sich wirklich um seine Gäste kümmert. Wir würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen und

Einfach ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht. Alles sauber und gepflegt im Haus sowie im Außenbereich. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig fachmännisch gereinigt. Ein kaputter Sonnenschirm wurde schnell und unkompliziert ersetzt.Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Sicht von der Terrasse ist einfach großartig!

Wärmste Empfehlung für dieses Haus! Es war in einwandfreiem Zustand und die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet – wir haben nichts vermisst. Alle Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei und alles war sauber. Der Garten war wunderschön gepflegt und bot neben den Liegestühlen auch einige gemütliche und schattige Plätzchen.Sonia und Agustín waren jederzeit erreichbar und der Kontakt war unkompliziert.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in villa belle. From start to finish the whole process was easy, communicative and smooth. The villa was absolutely beautiful, extremely well kept both inside and outside, with the most spectacular views. It had everything in the villa you would need, well equipped kitchen and cosy living area. The bed was very comfy and the pool and outdoor space a treat.We could not have asked for more for our stay. The host was amazing and responded to any questions very promptly. We would highly recommend Villa Belle 10/10. Thankyou for a wonderful stay and new memories.

Tout était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, nous connaissions le coin donc nous savions que nous serions sur les hauteurs, avec une vue vraiment magnifique. Les chemins d’accès à la maison sont vraiment très étroits par contre et en plus à double sens…il faut allumer un cierge avant de s’engager pour croiser personne …la communication avec le propriétaire était vraiment top, la maison très propre et moderne si je pouvais faire une seule petite suggestion, ça serait de prévoir un étendoir à linge solidement encré à l’extérieur car les jours de vents, les petits étendoirs mobiles ne tiennent pas debout. Nous avons passé un super moment, encore merci.

Merci beaucoup pour votre évaluation. Nous sommes très attentifs à votre remarque et nous allons trouver une solution pratique et esthétique sur la question de l’étendoir. Concernant les accès, malheureusement la route appartient à la commune et vous imaginez bien comme il serait difficile d’obtenir un éclairage publique. Toutefois, une solution de détecteurs et d’éclairage à partir de notre maison est envisageable. Par contre, le fait que le chemin soit étroit me paraît plutôt être un avantage puisqu’il oblige les quelques artisans et piscinistes à lever un peu le pieds. Merci encore pour vos remarques.

Maison piscine

Belle maison très bien équipée. Vue magnifique sur la montagne , mer à 5 min en voiture. La Clim est réellement un point positif car la chaleur est vraiment présente. Communication avec le propriétaire au top . Merci à vous bonne continuation

Een goede keuze voor Denia

Grote, compleet ingerichte vakantiewoning. Gunstige ligging t.o.v. strand en stad. Zwembad is niet groot, maar ligging is goed. Wij hebben hier een uitstekend verblijf gehad. Het enige minpunt is het hondengeblaf. Als u daar niet tegen kunt, boek dan deze woning niet. Ook wij werden soms gek van urenlang geblaf in de omgeving, maar daar kan de verhuurder natuurlijk niks aan doen. Verder was alles positief.
