The Beach Front Condominiums are located in Gulf Shores on West Beach Blvd., only 1.5 miles from Hwy 59. It is a small two story complex with only 36 units which allows for a very comfortable, 'homey' atmosphere. Guests can enjoy the complex and the beach without the hustle and bustle of large crowds. This condo is located on the second floor. Parking is below the unit on the ground level. No hassles waiting on elevators. Guests can also enjoy the gazebo while watching the beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the gulf. When walking out the condominium door and down the stairs you are only a few feet to the white sandy beach.This condo can accommodate six guests. The condo has two bedrooms and one bath. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. Each bedroom has a closet, clothing drawers, flat screen tv, night stand and lamp. There is also sofa sleeper.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, Keurig/standard combination pot, baking pans and utensils. There are flat screen TV's in the living room and each bedroom. The unit has cable TV and free WiFi. Linens are provided for each bed. Six towels, six washcloths, several handtowels and dishtowes are provided. A stackable washer and dryer is in the unit.There is also a starter kit which includes, one roll paper towels, two rolls of bathroom tissue, soaps, dishwasher pods, washing pod, shampoo, condition, garbage bags, etc. The unit also has a full size stackable washer and dryer.
Parking is below the unit on the ground level. Only 2 vehicles are allowed. The first vehicle must pull up as far as possible in the parking area, the second vehicle must pull up behind the first vehicle. The vehicles can not stick out past the walkway.
Guests can walk across the road to a convenience store, restaurant, seafood market and ice cream parlor.

Nice and quiet

We chose this property after some bad experiences with larger complexes. We enjoyed the smaller building, less people and ease of parking. If you have larger vehicles, parking may be tight. The building has a retro vibe with very easy access to the beach we enjoyed. We arrived later at night and there was an issue with the dead bolt locking. The property contact responded to my text immediately and had someone out to fix it in the morning. It was excellent customer service. The condo is simple, but well outfitted and comfortable. We had a relaxing stay.

Short getaway

Condo was very nice and and the rifht sizr for us. Small issue with cleanliness (a few kitchen utensil and small amounts of dust in areas) but over all an enjoyable place easy access to beach and surrounding attractions. Would go back and book the condo for sure!!

Lovely condo but have some issues

The condo was great for our stay. Overall property was good; however, the pillows need updating. I would suggest that someone bring their own if they don’t like flat pillows. We did have some Issues with the TV but we didn’t watch that much TV. The thermostat kept cutting off and defaulting to 85 degrees about twice per day. For our stay we were out of the condo a lot so these little things were not that big of a deal.

Get away

Needs new rugs, floors could have been cleaner, other than that it was great relaxing, not walking distance to anything close unless you want to walk a mile or more. Cute homey condo.
