Charming Aggieland getaway

Beautiful single duplex 5.7 miles from Kyle field! This makes a great place to stay for sporting events, graduation, work or just a visit. Each of the 3 bathrooms is fully stocked with clean towels, hair dryers, shampoo and conditioners and soaps. They each have a shower tub combo..
The master bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet, bathroom, and flat screen with youtube TV. The middle bedroom has a full size bunk bed which sleeps 4 and a single mattress that could accommodate an extra guest. The back bedroom has a queen bed, walk in closet, bathroom, flat screen with youtube TV. The house is equipped with high speed WiFi and a telephone. The living area also has a flat screen TV.
There is parking for 3 vehicles. There is a washer and dryer. The refrigerator and pantry has some foods, bottled water and pots and pans which you can enjoy.
There is a large back yard with a gas grill.
This is a pet free property and smoking is not allowed indoors.

Great Place to Stay

Awesome

My family & I were very happy with this house! Surprised at how nice it is, very spacious, everything you need. Can't say enough about this property, it is the only place we will stay in CS. Owner extremely nice & easily contacted.

Great weekend!

This property was accurately described. Check In was super easy due to the wonderful communication from the host. Thank you, Donna It was extremely clean and well appointed. My two friends and I were so grateful for the pantry extras, the cold water in the fridge and the well stocked kitchen for cooking. We had a short weekend here and were very comfortable in this quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Gameday Getaway

The property was everything we needed for our gameday weekend. I loved that two of the bedrooms had full en suite bathrooms, which was perfect for the parents. The kids loved the bunkbeds in the middle room and the full bathroom next to their room worked great. The extras that were stocked and supplied were an additional bonus, and we felt right at home. The washer and dryer were an added bonus, considering we all came home with wet clothes from a rainy game. This will be our place to stay when we are making trips to College Station.

Graduation

This was a perfect home for our family. We came to College Station for our son's graduation from Texas A&M. Gig 'Em! We had everything that we needed to make it a perfect trip!

Perfect Graduation stay for family

There for a weekend and worked out great for grandparents. Bathroom for everyone and no stairs. Very clean. The staples that were provided in the kitchen was so appreciated! We also left some things behind and the owner was wonderful about contacting us and helping us to get our belongings back. Would stay again next time we are in College Station.

Loved it!!!

The experience staying in this house was incredible. The house was so clean, well maintained, and beautiful. The host is the sweetest, and is readily available to answer any questions needed. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to anyone visiting college station. Thank you Donna for your hospitality!

Everything just as promised!

We fully enjoyed staying at this duplex property. The location was great since it was close by where my daughter lives and near campus (but not too close). Even though the neighborhood seemed crowded when we drove up it was quiet the whole time we were there. Everything was stocked even better than described with the kitchen especially well stocked with utensils and even some consumables that we didn’t think about. We didn’t have any problems at all and we would defiantly stay again if we have the opportunity.

Great place to stay!

Property was accurately described, clean, and nicely stocked with everything you might forget and food essentials. Property manager is very communicative and has thought through many details to make this a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great For Aggie Events

We had a great stay while at this house for our daughter’s graduation from A&M. Everything was nice and neat. Exactly as described with extras too. Will stay here every time in College Station.

Clean, spacious, and welcoming!

We had a great experience here. Everything was very roomy and clean. We loved the special touches that made us feel at home and welcome, like new toothbrushes, etc. out on the bathroom counters. Beds and pillows were comfy, towels were very soft. Will definitely stay here again.

Quick getaway
