We had a great time in Highlands. The house was perfect as it was very close to the wedding venue that we attended. It was clean and had all the amenities. We would definitely rent again!

This home was amazing for our annual girls trip. The spacious rooms and layout in addition to all of the outdoor and hangout spaces were perfect for us to catch up. We only wish we had stayed longer-we did not want to leave!

The space was perfect and well laid out. It has very nice lighting(not dark). It had three spacious sitting areas and a nice office space if you need to work. Wi-fi was a bit spotty but expected in remote area. Great location- 20 minutes from Cashiers and 10 from main st in Highlands. Very convenient!

Beautiful home that was perfect for our 3 couple getaway weekend! We are in our early 70’s, and although the home had upstairs and basement level sleeping, we found it very accommodating. There are multiple porches screened and covered that we enjoyed.

The main floor didn’t have an accessible shower / tub area for a person with limitations physically.Downstairs had a step down from stairway to living room and bedroom. Two people fell from stairway.Lovely home,,beautiful outdoor areas and great location.

The place was very nice and quiet. Location was very close to town, and the interior had a nice layout. They did a great job on the design work. The house is much bigger than it looks from the pictures. I would definitely stay here again when we come back to Highlands.

Property was great. Just as described. Quiet. Beautiful views from back deck. Very well stocked. Plenty of room for 5 women. About 10 minutes from DT Highlands. Seems further because of the curvy road. Beds were comfortable. LR sofa so comfortable. Definitely would stay again.

Comfortable Highlands Getaway with a View

We really enjoyed our stay at Wine Down. The location was convenient to downtown and local restaurants. The layout is great, the property is peaceful and the deck has a beautiful view!

This cabin was perfect for our anniversary get-away, although it was spacious enough we could have brought our whole family! The house was outfitted with everything that we needed. We loved that it was within 10 min of downtown Highlands, but yet felt private and secluded.

Wine Down was perfect for 3 couples. Everyone had their own bedroom suite. The location was beautiful and out from town far enough to feel private. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed plus more.

Great property with stocked fire pit for all your outdoor needs including a pellet smoker. Gorgeous views and very close to downtown and hiking. Would love to come back.

Great stay @ Wine Down - Highlands

Had a great stay at Wine Down in Highlands for our sisters weekend. The house was perfect from the furnishings and decorations to all the kitchen items! The check in was a breeze and communication with the owners and the info they gave us on the area was spot on. Will definitely try to stay here again in the future.
