Classic mid century , 2nd floor unit with a panoramic view of greenery and neighborhood activity in adjacent park from 8 foot "picture window". Spacious rooms, multiple sleep options and close proximity to St. Louis attractions. Francis Park, directly across the street, the focal point of the St. Louis Hills neighborhood, has children's playground area, tennis and pickle ball courts, two handball courts, ball fields, and a 1-1/4 mile walk surrounding the park. Multiple local favorites in walking distance including "world famous" Ted Drewes Frozen Custard, Do-Nut Drive-in, LeGrand's and Mom's Deli sub sandwichesand, of course Starbucks.

I live near this property in St. Louis Hills and booked it for my friends coming to visit from England. It was perfect! Susan's communication was excellent, check-in directions were clear and the space was large, bright and comfortable. My friends enjoyed having their own space and absolutely loved walking through Francis Park. And I loved having them close. I will be booking this property again whenever I have family or friends visit. I highly recommend!!

We had another very pleasant stay at this property. It is spacious and clean in a historic home with a lovely view of the park that has good walking paths, pickleball and tennis courts, morning yoga and a fun gathering place at Rockwell Beer Garden. Great location and wonderful host!
