Sea Spray Beach House on the Ocean in South Ponte Vedra

Beautiful house in South Ponte Vedra! Gorgeous views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Guana State Preserve. You will love being able to leave your private balcony and stroll immediately onto the beach. It is hard to beat having nothing between you and the ocean!
Enjoy one of the best ocean and beach views from practically the entire house. Enjoy cooking with a view of the ocean from this fully equipped kitchen. You will also enjoy listening to music on the stereo from your oceanfront deck.
Enjoy views of the ocean from the kitchen, family room, dining room and master bedroom. The other rooms have a great view of Guana Preserve.
One queen bed master, a guest room with two queen beds, and a private den with a pull-out sofa offers plenty of comfortable sleeping for up to 8 guests. There is a full bath with a shower that offers access directly to the deck and down to the beach.
There is a deck that runs the length of the ocean side of the house that gives you great views, a place to eat al fresco, and direct access to the beach. At the bottom of the walkway, at beach level, there is an incredible large gazebo so you can sit and enjoy the beach in the shade! It is a great spot to enjoy the ocean breezes!
South Ponte Vedra Beach is a very quiet beach that runs parallel to Guana State Preserve to Vilano Beach, and then on to St. Augustine.
St. Augustine is a quaint, historic old city that provides wonderful shopping, dining and touring. Castillo de San Marcos - the fort, Alligator Farm, and Lighthouse are worth a visit and we recommend the trolley tour of the old city.
If you are golfers, TPC Sawgrass is about 15 minutes north, and World Golf Village is only about a 25 minute drive.
Fishing charters are plentiful, whether you prefer inshore or offshore.
Spend the day paddle boarding, surfing, looking for sharks teeth, swimming, surf-fishing, boogie boarding, or just hang - this is the place to visit!
No cars are allowed on this part of the beach, and the only people around will be from other houses nearby.

This property was well appointed, and worked perfectly for 5 adults. We like a property that is all on one living level, and this property is just that. We have stayed at PV Beach 11 times in the past 17 years, and this property is definitely one of the best that we have experienced! The property manager was responsive and complete with any requests or clarifications we needed.We would definitely stay here again!

We were very impressed with this property. Sea Spray had everything we needed and plenty of space for the family to enjoy time together. I loved the extra details and care that was taken to ensure we had a wonderful time. Beach chairs, umbrellas, amble seating on the deck, and even recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. We will definitely choose this home again the next time we visit the area.

Fantastic place!

Loved everything about this place! Waking to the sunrise over the Atlantic, eating dinner during the sunset in massive windows, everything we needed supplied and amazing communication with host. If I find myself back in the area I will definitely be booking this wonderful home again!

Awesome property. The only problem we had is we wanted to use the grill and it literally crumbled when we tried to take the cover off. We called the person that was listed in the book and left a message and never got a return call. Other than that the property is awesome just as described and if I decide to come back to FL I would definitely book it again.

Great beach getaway

We had an amazing week at Sea Spray Beach House. We love the location, the house is nicely renovated and it has a great deck and cabana area overlooking the beach. It worked great for our family of four, and we hope to make it back soon!

We need a vacation from our vacation. The house produces a loud fog horn sound when there’s wind (the entire time we were there, 6 days). Along with the noise from speeding cars and trucks on the road right outside 2 bedroom windows (nearly all night long) made for very tired and cranky people. Who ever was responsible for cleaning and maintaining this property for rentals was obviously absent. Several minor annoyances; filthy-smoking oven, empty soda cans in drawers, broken stove handles, broken shower head, leaking door frame, leaking bar sink, used bed linens left in the closet and more all added up to a very disappointing stay! We def won’t be back to Sea Spray BH.

Spring Break family vacation.
