This property exceeded our expectations. Nestled among the avocado trees, this delightful setting is quiet and peaceful. It met our family's needs perfectly. The caretaker was attentive to our needs, yet respectful of our privacy. The house was clean and inviting. Would definitely recommend!

We recommend you book the space for at least 3 days to really enjoy all the gifts the land has to offer!

Enjoy a hot dry bath at our specially designed Mayan Sauna, take a hike on the acres of untouched forest the land has to offer, enjoy a bath and sun-bathing at the fresh water mountain river, make an excursion to the Iximché Mayan Ruins (5 min by car - 30 min walking) and witness a Mayan Ceremony, shop and be stunned by locally-produced textiles, handicrafts and delicious fruits, herbs and vegetables.
