3rd Times A Charm!!! This was our 3rd stay - Cozy Cottage will always be our go to in Hot Springs!! Carol is AMAZING!!! From keeping in touch before arriving, during our stay & even on leaving!! Love the ambiance on the lake and as well as inside the home!!

The cottage was perfect for our weekend getaway. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The cottage sits on the river in a no wake zone which was great for our kayaking. The kayak rental was great. We spent 5 hours kayaking fishing. Carol was very responsive. The check check in and check out were easy. The cottage was very clean. We will definitely be back.

Stayed for seven days in this beautiful cottage on the lake. 100% recommend booking here!! Amazing location right on the water and close enough to Hot Springs to enjoy everything it has to offer. We will definitely be booking here again in the future!

A great place to unwind and disconnect. The views were great and we had a blast. Its a little ways out of town but not far from anything you need. I just wish we had a boat to enjoy the water more but it was a great place. The hosts were awesome!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! The view of the river was gorgeous and made for a perfect backdrop all weekend. The cabin itself was very clean and well-kept, which we really appreciated. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the owners were so kind and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. We would for sure stay there again.

Everything was easy from checking in to checking out. The view of the lake was so nice, the kayaks were worth the rent especially with the nice weather and water was so pretty. Everything was clean inside and out. Carol was quick and very responsive. Definitely would recommend and stay again!

We stayed at The Cozy Cottage from July 3rd through the 7th, and it was exactly the peaceful escape we needed. The cottage sits right on a quiet canal, and there's something really special about waking up to that view every morning: calm, scenic, and a world away from everyday noise.The house itself was spotless from the moment we walked in, and it was clear a lot of care goes into maintaining it. Everything felt fresh and well looked after throughout our stay.Communication with the host was excellent: quick, clear, and easy from booking through checkout, which made the whole trip feel stress free. Everyone we crossed paths with in the area was warm and friendly too, which added to how welcoming the whole experience felt.If you're looking for a quiet, clean spot on the water with a host who's genuinely on top of things, this is it. We'd happily stay again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cottage! We found the neighborhood to be quiet and peaceful! The house was very clean and had everything thing we needed for a wonderful stay! We flew into Hot Springs Memorial Airport and the weather prevented us from departing on our scheduled time and caused us to stay an extra day! Carol was very prompt and helpful in making this happen!

My 3rd time staying at the Cozy Cottage and I’ll be back every year. I love being in a cove of the lake and not the main lake so you’re not dealing with noisy lake traffic, speed boats etc but still easy access to the water to swim, kayak, paddle board etc. Everything is well stocked with everything you could need. I love spending the morning and evening on the front porch or in the sun room when temps allow. Perfection. Can’t wait til my next trip.
