Caribbean 303 is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath Gulf-front condo that is the home away from home you have been dreaming of. Join us for your well-deserved vacation and relax with the sound of waves crashing against the shore.

This Gulf Shores condo rental is located in a low-density complex and is a pet-friendly unit.

The master suite features a King bed, flat-screen TV, and attached bath. This unit includes Twin hall bunks and will accommodate a total of 6 people.

The unit also features a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, a private balcony, washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, and a sofa-sleeper.

This unit is pet friendly. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee for anyone bringing a pet. Pets must be 20 pounds or less, 1 pet per unit allowed, must be on a leash at all times and Gulf Shores does not allow pets on the beach. You must notify our office in advance if you will be bringing a pet.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every comforter, and every pillow sham – EVERY TIME. Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
Your family and your guests deserve the peace of mind that comes with a professionally cleaned condo. This has been our standard practice for many years. Cleanliness equals protection, and we are doing even more to ensure that your family and your guests are protected and pampered by real professionals. Our full-time professional cleaning crew utilizes EPA-approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before every visit, so you can rest assured that everything is perfectly disinfected. We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Caribbean offers spectacular Gulf-front views and fabulous amenities. Feel free to relax in the shimmering waters of the indoor and outdoor pools. This complex also offers a steam room and an exercise room. Sweat out stress in the fully-loaded sauna area to end your day.

PARKING PASSES
One parking pass comes with your Liquid Life reservation, and you can purchase a second pass. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in November, December, January, and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team ator .
