Superb contemporary villa (2018) with breathtaking views (360 °) on the Mediterranean, (sandy beaches), Gibraltar, Sotogrande and Sierra Nevada (ski).

The villa is located in a secure neighborhood, on a hill characterized by the atypical rocks of this region.

Fantastic holiday

We were going back to Spain again for another October half term holiday. This place was great. Clean, big enough for all kids to have space and the pool was heated which was nice for October time. Would go again.

This villa is not worth the money!!

Check in was tedious having to go to pick a key up from an office and expected to drop the key off again when leaving the villa at 2am. For the money you are paying you should at least have someone to meet you at the villa or some sort of key safe. Cleanliness wasn’t acceptable - Reported to property manager on day 1. Nothing done about it. No change in towels or bed linen mid stay. Was told you have a washing machine in the villa. Shower flooded in main bathroom. The solution we were given was some extra towels to mop it up and told “these things happen” No parasol provided. Not ideal when it’s 30 degrees! Only cups in kitchen were children's with cartoon characters on. Not very professional for 4 adults. Sink leaked - property manager informed. Nothing done about it. Took over 2 weeks to get the security deposit back. Had to chase for it.

Great accommodation and facilities provided a fantastic base for a thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

Just home from a holiday with family and friends. Enjoyed mixing up eating out at the many nearby restaurants as well as making use of the barbecue facilities. Will be difficult to match or exceed this accommodation in future holidays as it contributed to an overall excellent holiday.

Modern Villa in outstanding location

After overcoming some initial difficulties clarifying our booking and completing payment this lovely villa was everything described. The views over to Gibraltar and the Mediterranean are breathtaking diverting your gaze throughout We enjoyed a lovely break in this our favourite part of Spain. Lack of privacy can at times be an issue with other tenants in next door property if they are not community minded. Also the pool was too warm to use which we never thought we would be able to say Our reception at property manager’s offices was warm and friendly and could have been taken to a different level with a call or text after a few days to check all was well Overall we enjoyed making full use of this lovely villa equipped with all that you may need to make your holiday relaxing and very enjoyable

Great setting. Zap is very helpful and easy to deal with

Zap send info to the property in advance which makes access easy. Everything was very clean. Nice welcome pack. Very smooth Just to check internet connection to TV in bedroom which i think needs fixing. Everything else is perfect
