This late 19th century gem has been fully renovated and updated. Fantastic water, harbor and town views from large exclusive use deck and most windows. Sparkling wood floors. Central A/C and heating. A perfect getaway any time of the year!

Washer/dryer. Granite counters! Tastefully decorated with modern furnishings. Full kitchen with all the pots, pans, utensils and dishes you could possibly need. Small, quaint association with huge semi-private beach. Watch spectacular sunrises from your private deck or semi-private beachfront deck. Private entrance with smart lock. Beautiful garden. Off street parking. Wi-Fi. Cable. The second floor in a three story house.

Galleries and stores just steps from your door. Restaurants and bars close enough to walk to yet far enough so that your evenings are quiet.

Contactless check-in. Cleaning fee: $180. Dogs under 50 lbs. are welcome. We charge a $200 pet fee. Please check the pet box where you enter the number of guests. Only other fees are VRBO booking fee and Massachusetts rental tax.

This is a very nice apt. The kitchen is well equipped, view is great and very close to town. I am sure it is much more noisy in the area when in season but mid April was just right.Hosts were very responsive, answering email in less than an hour ( better than me!). Highly recommend.

This place is so meticulously kept, very clean, and the ocean view is spectacular! The location was excellent as well since everything from great coffee spots, restaurants, shops, galleries, etc were all within walking distance. Also having the beach access just steps away from the back deck was really a great amenity. Being able to go and walk the beach whenever really made this trip relaxing and peaceful. The name of the house, Porto Sereno “Calm Harbor” is truly a fitting name! So Bravo, Liz and Steve! Thank you for your beautiful place! Would definitely rent your place again!

Our stay in this beach unit was perfect! Very clean with comfortable beds and a marvelous view of the water made our stay very relaxing. The ability to walk the beach or into town was very convenient. The nicely appointed kitchen made cooking and dinning in a pleasure. We would definitely reccomend this property, and like to return again some day.

Upon arrival, we were able to easily check in. The property was clean and well-stocked. The view was amazing! The location of the property was convenient to everything but also quiet. Despite the nor’easter, we had a wonderful long weekend in Provincetown. We’ve stayed at many places in the area over the years, and this is hands-down one of our favorites. Steve and Liz’s place is immaculate and beautifully furnished with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. We loved the easy beach access and stunning views, and having the galleries, shops and delicious east end restaurants literally at our doorstep was an added bonus. We also appreciated their flexibility with check-in and check-out. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The condo was lovely and very comfortable. The view was quintessential New England, overlooking the bay and a marina with fishing boats. We could walk to EVERYTHING, including good restaurants. I would return to this property.

Fantastic location! Everything is walking distance. Appartment was very clean and beach view is remarkable. We thought there was issues with the AC, Steve called us right away to help. We've been coming to Provincetown since we were kids. Our children would spend summers here and now their kids love coming here. We finally decided to open up our home so that others can enjoy this gem by the bay. We named it Porto Sereno which translates to Calm Harbor in both Italian and Portuguese. It is a nod to Liz's Italian and Steve's Portuguese ancestries.
