Overall Great Place- But room wasn’t cleaned upon arrival

Jim was great and the room was perfect, however we had to be switched to a different room upon check in because it was never cleaned. When I talked to the manager, she informed me that the owner never requested a full clean. With Covid going on, I didn’t feel comfortable walking into a dirty room. I called Jim and he was very responsive and helpful. Overall, stay there, but make sure the room is clean first!
