House of 80 m2 fully renovated, very charming.
Ground floor: large living room (parquet) very bright overlooking the garden and terrace. Living room, dining room, kitchen.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (parquet): 1 bed 160x200, 2 bunk beds 90x200 and 90x200 1 bed, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Garden furniture, sunbeds.
Ideally located in the heart of Gourmalon in a one way street, you park the car outside the house and you can do everything on foot or by bike: 800m from the beach of the Source (thalasso), 700m from the old port and the center Pornic, near the coastal footpath, 600m of a small supermarket.
Possibility to rent linen (sheets and towels - contact us for prices).
