Large fire pit for family gatherings. Mature trees provide plenty of shade. Brand new basement bathroom with wall in shower. Plenty of parking for boats, atv’s and other toys. Newer roof, water heater, furnace. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Large wood deck in front yard. 10 minutes from the entrance to North Beach, the best beach in Bear Lake. Great ATV trails, hiking, boating, fishing and snowmobiling nearby. Covered patio in back off garage.
