Vacation Home on Lake Kampeska

Welcome to our fully furnished vacation home on the west side of Lake Kampeska. This is a 2 story home on a 65 foot lakeside lot. The main floor consists of a full kitchen, 2 family rooms, 2 dining areas, 2 bedrooms, and bathroom/laundry. The second floor is a master suite complete with king-size bed and a beautiful view of the lake. There are heated tile floors on the main floor. The home is located next to Memorial Park which offers camping, playgrounds, walking trails and access to the city bike path. We provide two additional air mattresses for guests. It is a very quiet area on an L-street with minimal thru traffic.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The dishwasher should be ran and put away prior to leaving. Please turn the water heater and water off. In the summer, please close the window shades.
Please ensure the hot tub cover is closed with bricks placed on top. Please make sure all windows and doors are closed and that the front door is locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Use of water sporting equipment not included (boat, jetski, sailboat, kayak, water toys). No pets allowed on property.
