Newly Renovated! Private hot-tub with easy beach access, 5 min walk to town!

The Seawind just went through a complete Renovation, updating the entire house inside and out! Our home is located within walking distance of downtown Cannon Beach where you can enjoy the great restaurants, coffee shops, and retail stores. We are on Fifth St., right across the street from Les Shirley Park and the Pacific Ocean, where you can walk directly through the park to access the beach. Enjoy beautiful views of the park and the sounds of the ocean from the upper deck. The home features four bedrooms and two full baths. Three Bedrooms include a king-size bed, and the fourth bedroom has two king beds with two additional twin beds, a great family-friendly home. The two bedrooms upstairs both feature a Juliet balcony to enjoy the fresh ocean air, lots of storage, and 65 inch smart TVs. The kitchen has been fully updated with high-end appliances; Double Oven, Ice Maker, and it comes fully equipped with a large entertaining bar. The greatroom features a cozy gas fireplace, two 76 inch TVs, Wifi, Cable, and surround sound, with plenty of room for the entire family. From the main level, open the three french doors and enjoy the large private wrap-around deck with seating and a gas fireplace. The lower level includes two bedrooms, a full bath, and a laundry room. You can access the fully fenced yard and dry-covered deck with a new 8 person hot tub and firepit from the fourth bedroom. Enjoy this home's private setting, which includes a beautiful creek that runs directly through the property, lots of space for parking, a Tesla Charger, and RV Hook-ups with 50 and 30 amp plugs. Unfortunately, we do not accommodate pets.

Incredible home with plenty of space for our group of 10 friends! Extremely clean with all of the amenities that you could need for a short stay or longer vacation. Cannon Beach was Beautiful

We loved the home we stayed in. Everything was of the highest quality and had a fabulous kitchen and large deck. From the deck we watched elk calmly walk to the park across the street. Access to the beach was just a short walk from the house.

Nice house in Cannon Beach

We have stayed in Cannon Beach many times, but this is our first time renting a house. This house has been beautifully remodeled and is very "user-friendly". We stayed with our kids and grandkids and everyone had a nice room to stay in. The grandkids loved the hot tub. The two big televisions in the great room were perfect for watching the Olympics. Immaculate property and attentive owner

This property is beautiful, well equipped, and spotlessly clean. A big shared bedroom in the lower level was perfect for three teenage boys, but could equally have accommodated a whole family. Its location - 3 min walk onto the beach and a 5-10 minute walk into town - made it a great base for our explorations. The owner was readily available to answer any questions. Exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend.

Fantastic location

We were two families with kids between ages 2-10, and everyone had a great time. The place is nicely updated, and the big kids loved having the bunk room together. There is a baby gate inside, as well as two makeshift gates for either side of the upper deck, the downstairs backyard area is fully gated, which was nice. There are many beach toys and some lawn games, as well as an adorable creek running through the back. The park is directly across the street, and a short walk to the beach from there. It's really the perfect location, and a very comfortable home. Thanks for having us!

Beyond the expected

This home is meticulously cared by actual owners who enjoy this property themselves. Not a management company that is trying to squeeze every last penny out of a large portfolio rentals. Not only do the owners take pride in their property, they take pride in providing hospitality to their guests.Questions or concerns are promptly answered by text message, or a call if a bit more complicated. The home is high tech, so if you are are from the analog age, you might have a few questions, but nothing is complicated.The home has all the basics you’ll need and more. No need to bring shampoo, soap, paper products, detergent, dishwasher tabs, etc. It is all provided and will probably be better than what you use at home. If you like to cook, you’ll have everything you’ll need. If you like to sleep, the house is quiet and dark at night and the mattresses and bedding are better than top hotel brands. If you want to save on expensive Oregon gasoline, rent a plug-in vehicle and use either the Tesla charger or outlet in the parking area. If you want to take a short walk to one of the Pacific’s most beautiful beaches, there is an abundant amount of beach towels and four nice beach chairs for your use. And if you want to pack light, there are TWO washers and TWO dryers.Location? Perfect. Not on the main drag, but a quick walk to anything in town.But most important is the warmth of the owners. They care about their property and they care about their guests. Would definitely return!

Very expensive stay. When I registered, the price was NOT the same as the final price by about 800.00! Spent quite a bit of time locating a contact number and another 30 min. speaking to someone who said he could not do anything about it. House smelled overwhelmingly like cleaning products when we arrived, had to open all doors and windows. Not a good first experience!

This was a very nice home with a good location. Plenty of room for 9 people. Within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and beach. Cannon Beach is a fun little town and the hiking nearby was amazing. This was our first visit to Oregon and we love it.

Awesome Downtown/ ocean House

The house is roomy and centrally located to downtown and the ocean. Downstairs balcony with Hot tub and upstairs balcony with fire pit was an awesome amenity to the stay. The kitchen and gathering areas on the first floor is very well laid out. Comfy beds and owners are very helpful and responsive. Will be staying here again. Have stayed at Cannon Beach every year for the last 8 years and this house was one of my favorites!!

Great girls weekend on the coast!

To celebrate my Mom’s birthday, we had a girls weekend in Cannon Beach. Rachel’s home was the perfect spot. Close enough to walk to town, beach, and shops. The house is perfect with comfy beds, modern amenities and everything you may need. We used the gas fire pit every evening and loved watching movies on the big screen we got rained out of our adventures. The kitchen is fully equipped and we only needed to buy a few essentials for our meals. The gas fireplace was so nice to have in those rainy nights. We loved the Sonos system throughout the house as well. Rachel was quick to get back to me and very helpful. I had missed the email with all of the “how-tos” in the house and there wasn’t a printed “info” book in the house so we had some trouble operating the double TVs, lights and induction stove. Rachel was helpful. This spot is ideal and we will be back!
