Onebedroom apartment with sea view, completely renovated in 2018. It is located 20 meters from the beach in a very quiet area and is well connected to Barcelona and the airport of Barcelona (13 km and 5 km respectively). It has a queen size double bed, fireplace, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker with capsules, toaster, kettle, etc. Dining table and sofa bed in the living room. LCD TV in the bedroom and living room with international channels and free Netflix, stereo in the living room which can be connected to the mobile phone via Bluetooth. 2 independent heating/air conditioning units, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Terrace with garden furniture (table and 4 chairs) and a small chillout area. Free bicycles for the guests, free parking for one car, free 100 mb WLAN, community pool and common garden area.

Beautiful beach

This property was just what we wanted. The balcony had a beautiful view of the beach. There was a great restaurant very close to the apartment & a grocery store in walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed for the week .

Great condo right on the beach!

This is a great location close to the airport. Restaurants within walking distance and a little store if you want to cook in the condo. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic place

Beautiful apartment perfect for our 3 night stay. Great location for the beach, literally 1 minute walk away. Ramon was helpful and quickly on hand if we needed anything. Will definitely go back.

Great stay in Barcelona

The apartment was clean and Ramon and Nina were awesome hosts! Our flight was delayed but Nina stayed late to help us get in without any issues. We loved our time there. Close walk to the beach, a short walk to the bus which takes you right into the heart of Barcelona! Thank you for having us!

Very fun vacation rental location, Great Hosts!

Ramon was an exceptional host!!!!! My wife and I stayed here for a week after our North Atlantic Princes cruise to just relax and enjoy the warm ocean and Barcelona beach. (We are from the United States) Ramon greeted us on arrival and helped us with our bags. This was so greatly appreciated! The little apartment was small, extremely clean and neat. All of the basic amenities (cooking, coffee machine, refrigerator and dishes) were very accommodating! We enjoyed this arrangement! There was no area to set up our traveling bags, so we lived off the floor. The bed was extremely hard and the pillows were as hard as rocks! On a very positive note, we had a problem with the air conditioning. I was so impressed with Ramon's attentiveness to this problem! This is a beautiful quaint and tiny apartment on a very beautiful Barcelona beach! Ramon and his wife work very hard to manage both of their rental apartments! (one above, one below) Both of them are "Excellent Hosts"! We would highly recommend staying and enjoying your holiday in this little "resort" apartment Be aware, parking is in very small spots! The first class restaurant next door(Playa Grande, Tropical) is EXCELLENT!

Schöne Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen in einer super Lage. Es hat uns sehr gut bei Ramon gefallen und wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. Vor allem der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist sehr schön!

Relaxing at the beach

Ramon’s place was clean and well equipped. Ramon was very helpful with advice for restaurants and transportation. Location is very convenient to go to Barcelona airport.

Wonderful Stay

Ramon was an incredible host. He was very responsive and anything we needed he was able to help. The area is great, tons of restaurants and the beach is steps away. We had a great time and would definitely return.

Awesome Location

The unit was beautiful, very clean and well supplied. The view from the good sized balcony was awesome. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer being on the beach. There is a small, but fairly well supplied, market within easy walking distance as well as a few great restaurants.

Excellent property and beautiful location

Located in the first line to the sea. All amenities are new and well managed. Pool accessible 24 hours at the development. I would recommend this property.
