Captiva Cottages are eight vacation cottages on landscaped grounds, right on the water facing Pine Island Sound. Relax among peaceful, natural beauty and enjoy the shared pool. The cottages are ground-level for easy access, and the shops, restaurants, and activities of the Captiva Village are about one minute’s walk.

These cottages are undoubtedly the best value on Captiva Island, offering an outstanding waterfront location and clean, comfortable interiors at a bargain price. They are perfect for extended-stay couples, naturalists, and larger families and groups (rent several cottages).

Smart TVs ( 50 inches or larger) are located in both the living room and bedroom of the cottage!

Captiva Cottages provides beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella for your day at the beach!

Parking is limited to one car. The dock is now available for use at $75 per night.

All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms.

Policies include but are not limited to credit card/debit card convenience fees and cancellation fees.

Perfect

The property is well maintained, clean, well situated just off the main thoroughfare. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and the small grocery store. Walking to see the sunset takes about five minutes. Sunrise over the bay was very nice each morning, listening and watching the Osprey hunt for breakfast. Parking is fine; there is a private lot. The pool was very nice and while shared, we found when we could have it to ourselves and used it just about every day. The cottage itself is very basic but has just about everything you might need. It kept very cool with the AC although it was noisy at night (we didn't mind). The bed was fine. Two people would probably be the max at this place. Only cautionary word would be to keep a sharp eye out when turning off the side street onto the main street - it is a somewhat blind corner with the vegetation.

Let The Good Times Roll

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Captiva Island for over 40 years. Bayshore (formerly Nai Li) The cottage was very clean and in good condition. Next time more than 1 roll of toilet paper and more than one garbage bag for kitchen. Not a complaint just a suggestion. The pool and dock were great. Great location. Walking distance to restaurant, Bubble Room, Island store, Otters, Ice cream and pizza. what more could you want. I would like to see the green grass grown back near the pool and around the grill area. Dock good for a boat and fishing off of in the evening. On 4th of July you could see fireworks in all directions across the bay and from South Seas display from the dock. Good time was had by all as usual. Once you come and see and do, you may not want to go home.
