In the town of Deshaies, above the superb Grande Anse beach in a residential area, this new and very well equipped villa offers a view of the Caribbean Sea.

The house consists of a large living room with open kitchen overlooking the living room, a large covered terrace for dining out of the sun and 3 completely independent bedrooms.

- 2 bedrooms with individual shower room and separate WC.
- 1 bedroom with shower room and WC, accessible to disabled people.

Each bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe, a 160cm bed with quality bedding, mosquito nets integrated in the doors and a ceiling fan.

All the rooms overlook a beautiful 36m² infinity pool, secured by a barrier, and a sunny terrace.

Perfect Villa in a Perfect Location

My friend and I stayed at Villa Corail last week and it was amazing. The owners, Michelle and Gilbert, could not have been nicer or more helpful. They greeted us with their charm and French champagne with open arms. The villa is brand new and its location was perfect for us. It is within walking distance to several beaches and has its own view of the ocean. It is also a quick 5 minute drive to the center of Deshaies. The villa was well stocked with modern appliances. It even has a cappuccino maker. The infinity pool was splendid. If you are looking for a place to stay on Basse Terre, look no further. I would not hesitate to stay at Villa Corail next time I visit Guadeloupe.

Wonderful house, big swimming pool, good view and close to everything

Excellent. New, very well-equipped, good contact with owner and local representative. Private pool is bigger than usual, great terrace.3 minutes to La Grande Anse, 5 minutes to Deshaies. Can recommend it, and will book again if we come back to Guadeloupe.

Stunning views

The villa’s position gives stunning views of the ocean. The layout worked well for us as an extended family. Grand Anse beach, only 600m away (at the bottom of the hill) was convenient and spacious. The hill up to the villa was very steep so quite an arduous walk. The garage at the bottom of the hill and Deshaises town had everything we needed. It was a great location to visit the Zoo, the botanical gardens and ‘Death in Paradise’ filming locations.

Price can be not exactly as advertised

We chose this villa because it has 3 bedrooms. Our group was 1 couple, 2 singles. If you book it for 4 persons however, the owner allows you to use 2 bedrooms at the advertised price, and you have to pay an extra amount for the third room. The amount is not advertised. Other minor issues were resolved after consulting the housekeeper. All in all a bit of a false start for a fantastic stay on beautiful Guadeloupe.

Très belle maison neuve très agréable avec sa piscine. A proximité de la plage de la grande anse à Deshaies. Bien équipée. A savoir que 2 chambres sont accessibles par la terrasse et une directement par l'intérieur.
