Our luxurious Cycladic style house will welcome you for your holidays on the island of Ios, 400m from the superb Yalos beach.
Located slightly high, you will enjoy a panoramic view of Kampos (the countryside), Chora (the village), the port and finally the beach.
All this in absolute tranquility, far from the bustling village life, but close to all amenities.
Unfortunately, we do not accept student groups.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Quintessential island house

The house was great and the rooms & outdoors really nice. Only reason I give a 4 star review is the fact that the second day of our stay the internet stop working and two hours later the water went out too! Being there for my wedding that caused us delays with the preparations & things we had to coordinate. In any case both issues were addressed within a few hour by Fabien -the property manager-. who was quick to reply and pretty helpful overall.

I booked this property for my 17Y old son’s graduation trip, along with 7 other friends.The owner was extremely helpful from pre booking to Check out.The boys were all very happy and had an amazing time. Knowing they could access everything by foot with a below 30mn walk (beach / clubs and bars / groceries). Highly recommended property for similar trips.

Super séjour!

Nou avons passé un très bon sejour d'une semaine dans cette très belle villa! Elle est idealement située à 400m de la plage du port, dans un secteur residentiel très calme loin de l'agitation des bars et boites de nuits de Chora. La villa est tres bien équipée, très propre et très bien amenagée avec son grand salon et sa grande salle à manger exterieurs. Juste une petite precision: les lits sont tous des 160×200 alors que dans l'annonce il est noté que ce sont des 200×200, si non pour le reste tout est conforme à l'annonce. Mention spéciale à nos hôtes Martial et sa femme qui ont vraiment joué leur rôle à fond: - Accueil au pied du ferry pour nous ammener jusqu'à la villa. - Aide pour la location de quads grace à leurs nombreux contacts sur l'ile. - Explication complète de la composition de la maison. - Description detaillée de l'ile d'Ios a l'aide d'une carte avec précision des restaurants et activités à ne pas louper. - Toujours joignable par telephone lorsque nous avions des questions. Un grand merci pour ce séjour!

Ottima vacanza

Non vi è nessuna lamentela da esprimere. Il proprietario una persona splendita e disponibile che ci ha riservato un'ottima accoglienza e ci ha guidato nella conoscenza dell'isola nei minimi dettagli. La villa ancorchè sia solo di 80 metri quadrati e divisa molto bene ed ha un spazio esterno molto piacevole. Insieme ai mie amici ho trascorso un bellissima vacanza. Si ringrazia il proprietario per non aver trascurato nulla per renderci la vacanza pacevole. Si consiglia ha chi vuole passare una vacanza tranquilla e comoda.

Belle maison contemporaine cycladique avec décoration à la grecque

Confort maximum, chacun avait son espace de vie grâce aux 3 chambres, salles de bains, toilettes, grande terrasse très agréable et bien aménagée…vue superbe sur la mer.

Fantastique

Martial, son épouse et Auciane, leur fille, ont été des hôtes extraordinaires. Accueil en descendant du ferry au port, pour nous accompagner à la maison qui est en parfait état, bien équipée, et très propre. Conseils pour les bons endroits à visiter. Il y avait tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un séjour fantastique. Merci

Godersi al meglio l'incantevole Ios

Sull'isola di Ios c'eravamo stati un paio di anni prima in hotel e questa volta volevamo essere liberi da orari e formalità. Abbiamo quindi deciso di soggiornare in questa splendida casa (5 adulti e 2 bambini) e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Posizione fantastica con vista su Chora, la casa è accogliente e ogni camera dispone di bagno privato. La parte esterna è ideale per passare momenti di relax e godersi i momenti in compagnia. La casa e vicina ad una delle spiagge belle di Ios e ci arriva tranquillamente a piedi. Il proprietario Martial è sempre disponibile e gentilissimo! Consiglio questo angolo di paradiso sia per famiglia che per gruppo di amici.
