Italian marble spa shower in the bathroom, vintage style fridge, quartz countertops, hardwood floors, HUGE closet for storage. The kitchen has a large, quartz, island. There is a covered, screened in deck with a heater for those cooler nights looking out onto the lake. Cove location at the 21 mile marker in Heron Bay complex with nice amenities including boat slips, pool, and tennis courts! Many fine restaurants, great shopping, and fun things to do, both by land and water. Unit includes 2 large flat screen TVs, pull out couch (queen sized pullout), patio furniture and a King sized bed in the bedroom. We Accept Short term leases, as well (Oct.-April). Contact Host for special short term Lease pricing.
