"Puntiglione" - New T3, air conditioning, exceptional view

Apartment T3 new and fully air conditioned. Wireless.
Quiet and with an exceptional view of the beach of Péro and the Omigna tower. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, extractor, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, etc ...) open to the living room ( sofa bed, coffee table, flat screen TV, table, chairs).
It has 2 bedrooms: one with 1 bed 160, the other with 2 beds 90.
Can accommodate 6 beds with the sofa bed.
The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet, sink. It has a terrace with table, chair, parasol, deckchairs) or you can dine with a breathtaking view of the beach of Péro and the Omigna tower.
Private parking behind the apartment at the entrance.
You can walk to the village center which is 400 meters away.
For lovers of hiking, the Mare e Monti passes a few meters from the rental.
Bed and bath linen is provided free of charge, taxes are offered.

Close to the creeks of Piana, Porto and the nature reserve of Scandola, Cargèse is a small well-known seaside resort with 2 churches facing each other overlooking the port.

This village has all the necessary amenities and offers many activities (boat rentals, jetski, scuba diving, sailboards, sea trips, quad and horseback rides, hiking).

A cultural center has just opened and will welcome you all year long.

Juste magnifique

Quel bel endroit que Cargèse! Nous avons passé des moments doux et combien agréables dans ce très bel appartement bien agencé, propre et ne manquant de rien! Et que dire de cette superbe terrasse avec jardinet qui nous permet une vue imprenable sur le Golfe de Peru. Merci à Dominique et son mari qui furent des hôtes chaleureux, accueillants, merci pour leur gentillesse et leur authenticité. Voilà de belles personnes que nous espérons revoir. La Corse restera, sans nul doute, un de nos plus beaux souvenirs de vacances. Merci à vous. Martine et Guy

Bien situé, mais logement pas chaleureux

Bien situé, le logement était relativement bien équipé, mais l'atmosphère générale n'était pas chaleureuse. Les chambres sont petites, pas décorées. Nous avions réservé pour 5, comme c'était possible dans l'annonce en payant un supplément pour la literie, mais le canapé lit n'était pas confortable, les draps n'avaient pas la bonne taille, il n'y avait pas de couette ni de coussins. N'y allez pas à 5. Très déçu sur ce point. Pas de savons non plus dans la salle de bain et pas possible de laisser la porte fenêtre ouverte tant il y avait de fourmis. Nous avons eu la désagréable sensation d'avoir participé à la rentabilisation d'un investissement de la propriétaire. Nous sommes déçus et nous ne reviendrons plus. Vraiment dommage, car l'emplacement aurait du potentiel, mais on ne sent vraiment pas de chaleur dans l'accueil et cela se ressent dans la décoration et dans l'atmosphère générale. A déconseiller

De mauvaise foi. Les chambres sont de tailles normales pour un appartement de 60m2. Vous étiez averti que le 5ème dormirai dans le canapé lit qui ne peut pas être confortable comme un lit. Il y avait 2 coussins, les draps et un édredon. Pour le drap trop petit c est un manque d inattention de la part de la femme de ménage qui aurait pu être réglé de suite , il suffisait de me demander. Sur des centaines de personnes (voir mes commentaires sur à i r b n b ), vous êtes les seuls à avoir la sensation d avoir participé à la rentabilisation de mes locations , de plus que ça vous est revenu à 29€ par personne… pour ce qui est des fourmis, c est la première fois aussi qu on me dit ça . Pour ce qui est de l accueil, vous êtes aussi les seuls à ne pas être contents malgré que je vous ai proposé d arriver et de partir à n importe quelle heure qui vous convenait… Vous êtes des insatisfaits et que j’pense que le mieux, c est de rester chez vous
