Beautiful Firelight Chalet-Big Sky Town Center

This spacious, well-appointed 4-bedroom chalet is the perfect starting and ending place for your Big Sky adventures. Located just a few minutes from a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops and a movie theater, there are plenty of opportunities for entertainment once you are off the slopes or done hiking the many nearby trails. Finish your day by relaxing in the hot tub or grilling out, all while taking in the gorgeous 180-degree mountain view.
Just a 12 minute drive up the mountain you will arrive at Big Sky Resort which has over 5500 acres of terrain and 24 lifts, making it one of the largest ski resorts in North America. There is also fantastic Nordic skiing at the nearby Lone Mountain Trail Resort which boasts over 80 acres of groomed trails.
In the summer the outdoor entertainment options are endless with fly fishing, hiking, river rafting, horseback riding, ropes courses, mountain biking and much more. The magnificent Yellowstone National Park an easy 45 minute drive away with incredible wildlife viewing, geysers and many other natural treasures.

The home was exactly as pictured, perfectly clean and very well located. It is well furnished and stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The Big Sky Town Center, with its restaurants and shops, and the Ousel Falls Trail are both within walking distance. At the same time, the house is at the end of a cul de sac so affords extra privacy and quiet. We totally enjoyed our time there.

Dishes were dirty on arrival. Dusty plates in rack. Hanging Pots and pans had actual food crusted on them. Steak knives had food between blade and handle. Wine glasses dirty.4 guests but only 4 bath towels provided! No bath mat or towel for stepping out of shower. Should have been must cleaner and better equipped.

Excellent stay!! The kitchen had everything we needed. They also supplied enough basic supplies (toilet paper, laundry pods, etc. for a week). Only recommendation is to maybe get a portable AC unit or more box fans. We stayed here in mid August and it was very hot with no AC. We understand that a lot of places in Montana do not have AC. Overall, an excellent stay for our family! Great location near restaurants and shopping.

Awesome place. Comfy and cozy. One rec is to change the message for check in to go through VRBO and have better keywords in the title of emails. Hard to find a message from ascend properties in my junk folder as opposed to just looking it up through the vrbo reservation and app.

Great Location

This condo was in a great location. Easy walk to the Ouzel Falls Trailhead, close to golf course, and close to downtown restaurants. The hot tub is large and in a secluded spot. Great views in the back for dining.

Beautiful property

Very nice property that was comfortable for our family. No air conditioning was a little stuffy during hot days, but every night cooled down nicely. Would stay again for sure.

Great stay in Big Sky

Condo was clean and well stocked with everything you need including an abundance of firewood. Hot tub was cleaned and worked flawlessly. Bedrooms are spacious and include large TV's. Would definitely stay again!

Family time in Big Sky

We stayed in Big Sky to ski and visit family. This property was very convenient for both events and the house had plenty of room for the 6 of us. The hot tub was of course a big hit. We would definitely stay here again!

Family ski trip

Place was exactly as expected. Hot tub worked, everything was clean, very easy process. The only thing that didn't work was the coffee maker that the house st replaced same day. Great experience.

This home was great for our family. Clean and perfect location to get to our Big Sky activities as well as getting to Yellowstone a couple of days. We didn’t get shampoo in one of the bathrooms and the company brought some right out. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Home!

We enjoyed our stay in Big Sky! The house was perfect for our group of 7. We had deer that walked behind the house and enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped, making cooking a breeze. Would definitely reccomend this house for your Big Sky adventures.

A Wonderful thanksgiving Holiday in Big Sky

This was the most well-appointed condo that we have ever stayed in. It had everything! The location was fantastic (close to Big Sky Town Center and Ousel Falls park)! The staff at Ascend was very helpful, courteous, and first-rate. We highly recommend this unit. We would certainly return again!

We extended our stay another day!

This was an awesome property and location. The views were amazing, it was clean and quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. Some constructive feedback that I would give for the homeowner would be for there to be trash cans in each bathroom, a more comprehensive guide for the property (TV’s, hot tub etc.), all TV remotes to be present , available replacement liners for the kitchen trash, and all of the lightbulbs to be working. We really enjoyed being here so much we extended our stay!

Beautiful comfortable house

Ski vacation with two families. Everything was great. We requested a few things from management and they brought them immediately. They had everything we needed for cooking. All good! We plan on returning!

Loved the stay

The place was amazing, great location. Only found one problem with the unit. No soap holder in the master bath. No a big deal at all considering how nice it was. Looking forward to staying there again soon.

Location was good.

Nice location. Property feels aged. Limited amount of dishes/pots/pans etc. expect to get exactly the amount of dishes for the amount of # of people on rental. We got exactly 6 plates and 6 bowls to work with. Be aware of high cleaning fees. Fireplace and pool were nice.

Cozy Big Sky Chalet

My wife and I traveled to Big Sky for the first time with 2 other couples. We stayed in this cozy townhome, which is located a couple minutes from the Big Sky town center. Our stay was 7 nights. The private hot tub just off the back of the property was one of the best and most enjoyed features after a long day of skiing. We cooked in one night, and were happy to find ample cookware and utensils provided. Overall the property was a great place to spend our first trip to Big Sky! The location was great and there was plenty of space for all of us to stretch our legs.
