A spacious updated condo in Ballard just minutes to many attractions. Walking the Ballard breweries and minutes away from all Seattle has to offer! Condo is 5 minutes from Fremont, 12 minutes to University of Washington, 12 minutes to South Lake Union and downtown, 20 minutes to Century Link and T-Mobile fields. Ballard is a hip waterfront neighborhood with trendy restaurants, indie shops, bars and craft breweries centered on historic Ballard Avenue. Ships and salmon pass through the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks, or Ballard Locks, also a popular picnic spot. The sandy beach at Golden Gardens Park draws sunbathers and volleyball players and offers mountain views. The Nordic Heritage Museum displays the area’s Scandinavian roots. Two beach cruisers (included with property) can be used and garage parking. Unit sleeps 6, includes king bed, queen bed, and two blow-up twins. Sorry no pets allowed.

The kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked breakfast most mornings. The location was perfect for all the sight seeing we did! I woukd stay here again. It was comfy ..clean...and a great place to relax.

The accommodations were great. Bedrooms bathroom and kitchen great. Pictures online are true. Very comfortable and thoughtful gift of wine. Breweries walkable transportation near Located off a busy street so convenient but a tad noisy. Would definitely stay again

This apartment was the perfect place for a couple of pre-cruise nights. The neighborhood is quiet but close to attractions, and within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants. Being from Florida, the first thing we looked for was the AC. We couldn’t find it if there is one, but it didn’t matter. The fans and open windows were all we needed to stay comfortable!

Good base in the Ballard area

Nice and roomy place. A bit noisy at times (neighbors and the main street on the side) but easy to ignore, Overall, very comfortable and having access to a garage versus parking on the street was great. (Glad I had a smaller SUV) Would stay there again.
