Condo is 5 minutes from Fremont, 12 minutes to University of Washington, 12 minutes to South Lake Union and downtown, 20 minutes to Century Link and T-Mobile fields. Ballard is a hip waterfront neighborhood with trendy restaurants, indie shops, bars and craft breweries centered on historic Ballard Avenue. Ships and salmon pass through the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks, or Ballard Locks, also a popular picnic spot. The sandy beach at Golden Gardens Park draws sunbathers and volleyball players and offers mountain views. The Nordic Heritage Museum displays the area’s Scandinavian roots. Two beach cruisers (included with property) can be used and garage parking. Unit sleeps 6, includes king bed, queen bed, and two blow-up twins. Sorry no pets allowed.
