Lovely apartment, lovely town

I’ve just spent a very enjoyable week in Alghero with my partner and child. The apartment is lovely and spacious with everything we needed. The location is great too as it’s about 20 mins walk into town along the promenade and less than 5 mins from the city beach, which is nice, but for a more beautiful beach it’s worth the 15 minute walk up the coast to Maria Pia or the bus trip to Bombarde. Lots of nice restaurants and geletarias near the apartment too. All in all a perfect visit and we hope to return one day!

Fantastic apartment in a perfect location.

We are a family of five..( 3 teens. )We loved staying at Gordon & Cathys apartment, they were so helpful, organising our airport transfers and dropping a travel plug and luggage scales which we'd forgotten! It was spotlessly clean and Gordon gave us lots of useful advise regarding the local area. The old town of Alghero is beautiful.. full of cobbled streets and wonderful little shops. The whole place comes alive at night with excellent restaurants and the walk from the apartment (20 mins max) is along the seafront... endless stalls and entertainment to see. Pia Maria beach is a must see, a short walk away, white sand and turquoise sea found through the sand dunes. Highly recommended!

Appartement spacieux, agréable, proche des commerces, très bien situé. Propriétaire très sympathique et arrangeant. Seule la vue sur les immeubles en face n'est pas extra. Je recommande cet appartement

Superbe vacances

L’appartement est relativement bien situé, propre et spacieux, proche de la plage et de la ville, commerces et la route. Seul bémol, et pas des moindres, c’est que contrairement à ce qui est annoncé, il n’y a pas de parking, et en pleine période touristique c’est galère. Mais le propriétaire est très arrangeant. Merci.

Absolut reibungsloser Ablauf beim Check-in und -out. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder über ihn eine Wohnung anmieten.

De très grandes qualités d'accueil de la part du propriétaire.

C'est un appartement très confortable, très propre et très proche des commerces et de la plage d'Alghéro (on peut tout faire à pieds). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le seul bémol, c'est le parking voiture annoncé sur le site Abritel et qui n'existe pas : il faut trouver une place dans les différentes rues .

Wohnung, 5*

Ärgerlich wegen PARKPLATZ, habe leider unseren Auto beschädigt vorgefunden und vor allem die suche nach 1 Parkplatz ist dort die Hölle. Wohnung PERFEKT, Gegenden, OK Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Schöne Grüße an Familie Coales.

Grazie/Danke abbiamo passato una settimana bellissima. Il appartamento era bello, pulito e siamo stati molto bene. Io vengo tutti i anni ad Alghero, normale sto con mio nonno. Pero volevo far vedere alle mie amiche Alghero., perché e un posto bellissimo. Cosi abbiamo preso questo appartamento. Scelta perfetta!! GRAZIE!!!!!

Un bell'appartamento....!

Excellent apartment

Me and my family had a wonderful stay in the apartment. It has git enough space and is close to everything. A 15 minute walk next to the sea and port supported by palm trees will bring you to the old town of Alghero. It is simply beautiful.

Perfect for the price

The owner is very welcoming, the apartment is spacious, clean and perfectly well equipped. May be a little cramped for 7 but fitted the five of us wonderfully. It's very close to the beach and there are lots of beach stuff you can borrow, and is only a 10-15 seaside walk to the old town. There are some very nice restaurants nearby as well, along with a takeway pizza just down the road. Five stars, couldn't ask for more! Don't be put off by what looks like a rather grim exterior.

Wonderful Alghero

Wonderful apartment, clean and well presented having everything that is needed - including parasols and snorkels! Apartment exetremely comfortable with plenty of room. Ideal location, very close to beach, handy for the shops and in a quiet residential area but within a short walk to the old town. Owners easy to communicate with, very welcoming and gave great tips on what to do and see! Would definately stay again and recommend!

Urlaub Oktober 2011

Die Ferienwohnung Silberwelle ist eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung und liegt zentral in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße ca. 300 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut, es fehlte an nichts. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr sympatischer Mensch der uns viele gute Informationen gegeben hat. Bei Problemen oder Fragen hätten wir uns jederzeit an ihn wenden können da er uns seine private Telefonnummer hinterließ. Die Angaben im Online-Inserat treffen 100%ig zu. In der Wohnung gibt es einen vom Vermieter angelegten Ordner in dem er Vorschläge für Ausflüge und Adressen von guten und preiswerten Restaurants in Alghero sowie Adressen von Apotheken,Ärzten Busfahrpläne sowie andere nützliche Dinge aufgeschrieben hat. Da wir schon öfter Urlaub in Alghero gemacht haben kann ich sagen das seine Vorschläge für Ausflüge für Groß und Klein interessant sind. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung Silberwelle verbracht und kommen gerne wieder. Wir können dieses Feriendomizil guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
