Nice place and friendly people

We stayed seven days in two appartments. The place is part of a small farm with horses, ducks, cats, etc. around. Everything was very nice, the appartments are clean and especially the pool is great! The landlord and his family live next door and are very friendly people. We had a very relaxing week. Nice beaches are between 15 to 30 minutes away with the car. We liked especially the beach at Principa a Mare.

Traumhaft schöner Urlaub

Wir waren mit vier befreundeten Familien in Montiano. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter gestaltete sich im Vorfeld etwas schwierig, vor Ort aber war Sam einfach der perfekte Gastgeber für ein tolles Quartier in einer traumhaften Lage. Sam und seine Familie nahmen uns freundlich auf, standen uns mit Rat und Tat zu Seite, wir erhielten Tipps bzgl. Stränden, Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung etc. und wurden sogar aus ihrem Gemüsegarten reichlich mitversorgt! Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war die Sauberkeit. Nach einer Woche gab es eine gründliche Zwischenreinigung mit Austausch von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern und es sah wieder aus wie an Tag 1 - perfekt! Vielen Dank an Sam und seine Familie

Lieu magique, belle bâtisse, Alessandro très serviable. Maison pas toujours très fonctionnelle.

C'est un endroit magnifique, nous avons passé un très bon séjour! La piscine est très grande et bien située. La maison est ancienne avec de très beau matériaux. Nous remercions Alessandro qui était à notre écoute et qui était très accueillant. La vaisselle était en grand nombre et jolie. La literie est bonne. Par contre, certains détails sont à améliorer : le lave-vaisselle est à l'étage (or les repas étaient dehors en terrasse), il n'y a pas de lave-linge (ils nous ont prêté le leur), pour les douches le débit d'eau est très faible, des chiens aboient souvent la nuit et une location voisine est à proximité.

Kinderfreundlich, Tiere wilkommen, Hund, Katzen Pferde, Sonne ein toller Pool, sehr Gastfreundlich

Sehr zuvorkommend, sehr bemüht, sehr nette Leute, leider nur ein kleiner TV ohne Sat. Schüssel und ohne German TV im OG. Küche im OG schön, im UG fehlt die Dunstabzugshaube, ist aber egal denn ein Ital. Espressi geht auch auf kleiner Flamme. Man schläft prächtig und die Vögel singen von Sonnenaufgang an....TOSKANA Die tolle Umgebeung, die umliegenden Restaurants, das kleine nahe Bergdorf mit der dortigen Pizzeria (nicht die am Fußballfeld am Ort) sowie der Tante Emma Laden im Dorf sowie die naheliegenden Weinbastionen und das großzügige Areal mit dem klasse Pool und Tischtennis Platte entschädigt für alles wenn es mal regnet... Der entstehende Neubau wird toll und nun endlich auch für kleinere Gruppen von rund 4-6 Personen benutzbar. Das Highlight für unsere Kider war der selbstgebaute Pizzaofen unten anden 2 Grills. Echte Holzofenpizza ist mögich. Holz und Brikets bitte wenn möglich selbst mitbringen oder im entfernten Baumarkt kaufen. Die Tiere sind alle zugäglich und zutraulich vor allem der Hund Pierra ist der Star des Geländes! Wir kommen wieder, viele Grüße aus Ulm a.d. Donau

Très bon séjour en famille dans la campagne Toscane !

Très bon accueil et très sympathiques hôtes. La maison correspond à la description, extérieur bien agréable. Nous recommandons cette location pour une grande famille ou groupe d'amis. Nous avons eu très chaud la 1ère semaine d'août et la maison n'est pas équipée de ventilateur ou climatiseur hélas.

Vacanza all'insegna del relax .

Struttura accogliente e spaziosa, sia all’interno dei locali che all’esterno,ampia piscina a disposizione con sdraio e ombrelloni. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibilissimi. Agriturismo immerso nella natura, tra ulivi e vigneti, stradine assolate e per nulla trafficate, ai piedi di Montiano, piccolo borgo antico. Tipico paesaggio collinare molto rilassante, poco distante dalle località rinomate per il buon vino e dalle spiagge più belle dell’Argentario. Grazie ai proprietari per la bella vacanza trascorsa. Un gruppo di amici con famiglie.

Soggiorno rilassante

Posto incantevole, rispetta a pieno le aspettative. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile come anche i suoi collaboratori. Casa spaziosa e confortevole. La piscina dà quel tocco n più che non guasta mai.
